From our 1st call for a roof inspection to the final settlement, the complete project of getting a new roof was totally worry free for us. They inspected the roof & determined there was enough hail damage to file an insurance claim & then they met on our roof with the insurance roof inspector. The insurance inspector agreed with the roofer that there was significant hail damage and submitted his report to the insurance adjuster and TC Innovation Roofing then worked up a replacement cost analysis & submitted it to the insurance adjuster. The insurance adjuster worked up their cost analysis & TC Innovation Roofing agreed to do the job for what the insurance company cost analysis offered us and they then drew up a contract that we signed and the whole project management from start to finish went very smooth. Thanks for giving us such a pleasant experience in providing us our new roof!

I had a repair to the top of my fireplace done by TC and after a 6" rain, nary a drop of leaking. I am very pleased with them and the quick response to my problem. I've been trying to fix this leak for 10 years. Everyone else seemed to think it was the roof leaking, but it was the top of the chimney which was letting water drip down to the air exchanger above the firebox. Tom and guys did an excellent job and then i found out they were even my neighbors.TC Innovation Roofing, Inc

Thanks TC for sending Eric ****** out to inspect the roof. He was professional, courteous, and found some small issues as well. The maintaince for the aging screws on the metal roof was explained with photos. Although it's been inspected before, the metal panels are not lapped correctly, which I never knew, and this can be fixed when they replace the old screws. Had my roof redone because of hail damage a few years ago. They was there and available from start to finish with all the information you needed and wanted to make you feel comfortable using them.
