Legit company with real money contacts and solid evaluations. No bait and switch like the others, no fake snail mail offers, no dragging their feet on offer they gave you to try and sell your deal to pull out later. Pure up front evaluations, great communication, and great closing.

Steve, Joyce and everyone else at American Equity are very professional, personable, make you feel like a person not a dollar sign. They answer all questions and are very patient, and easy to work with and if there is a problem the figure it out and fix it. They are very honest and up front about everything and what to expect. Ours was what could have been difficult selling a note for an estate so they not only had to deal with our questions but questions we would forward from concerned family members. Everything went smoothly and quickly. You speak with them in person, not someone relaying a message or a machine asking if you're a robot and to pick a number. Steve and his team at American Equity Funding are great to work with! He explained the process in detail and answered all of my (many) questions. We closed on my partial buyout within a month of first contact and it was a fairly simple process. Ryan and Eric were instrumental in communicating with the other party and completing the loan documents efficiently. I had been introduced to American Equity Funding, INC. from a flyer since last year. I took a little bit in verifying their reviews and my personal circumstances needs and eventually returned an initiations email with Ryan. After this it's been a beyond PROMPT, professional and Trustworthy process with all involved in the Closing of my sold note to AEF, Inc. It has been a huge weight off my shoulders, and mental state & this is worth everything to me. I still have a few active notes available, and I will without hesitations be returning to Steve, Joyce, and Ryan who have all been absolutely outstanding and true to their words via emails responses. Even whenever I felt insecure about signing over my documents, and property ahead of the final funding I was reassured every step of the final steps and received nothing but fast, prompt and accurate complete process.
