Waste Connections of Arizona is refusing to remove their large roll-off *****************potty from my driveway due to an unrelated payment dispute with the contractor who rented this equipment. They have refused my request to remove the equipment until the contractor has paid them, per my phone call to WC on 12/4/23. I have no contract or account with WC & no direct business relationship with them. This equipment should have been removed in mid-November, per my removal request to the contractor as my construction project ended then. ****************************** is the contractor (ROC#******) who directly rented this equipment from WC. I am not a party to their payment dispute & have paid Legacy per the terms of my contract with them. I have notified both parties in writing (letter dated 12/4/23) to remove this equipment by 12/18, as the payment issue should be handled between them directly & my private property should not be used for WC to store their equipment as I can neither park my vehicles on my driveway or get into my own garage. Additionally, the porta-potty is starting to smell & could pose a potential health hazard or neighborhood nuisance. Thank you for any help you can offer!
