            Dealership refused to run diagnostics on vehicle to avoid having to do maintenance. Tried to blame me for the issue and refused to accept responsibility for lack of inaction. GM would not even talk about the lack of service and hung up on me multiple times. Refuse to do proper maintenance to the vehicle we purchased from dealership even with it still under warranty.

            Regarding the Horne Hyundai dealer in *************** *******: I made an appointment (three weeks in advance) for the recall on my Hyundai 2012 Elantra ABS system. The service group in this dealership was a fiasco. After waiting for my car for an hour, the service advisor told me that they don't have the part and needs to be ordered. He also said "don't blame us blame Hyundai". I said aren't we standing in the Hyundai ******************* I also told him I didn't want a multi point inspection and he did it anyway. The ironic part about that is I just had my spark plugs changed and my transmission oil changed and they told me in the inspection report that those two items were recommended to be changed but with a big fat Hyundai price tag attached.I was totally ****** and this was a huge waste of my time. Question, Why didn't the service advisor "*****" call me if the part wasn't here? I highly don't recommended this dealership, specifically the service department.
