      AireBeam cares about customer service and responds quickly. Recently, they replaced our fiber optic internet main line after the custruction company, building the house next door, cut it. In the beginning, when the AireBeam crew realized it wasn't a simple fix, they gave us antenna internet (see the picture) ********************* for the main fiber optic line to be replaced.

      A great company and great customer service until they were not the time customer service gets farmed is when they stopped listening to their customers. We had to leave for a 2 month job then return and the still charged a $150.00 early disconnect fee, we were a customer for years...THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS, JUST THIER BOTTOM LINE

      Zero customer service and communication. They disrupted my *********** community for just over 3 weeks around the Christmas holiday, digging everything up and blacking driveways and streets. I was actually excited to have FIBER coming plus the ability to drop *** and their horrible customer service. According to the person I pre-registered for service with I should have service in the first couple of days of the new year. I have seen AireBeam trucks on 3 different houses on my street going in and out apparently installing fiber service for my neighbors. I called and someone told me service was indeed available and was emailing an agent who would call me the next morning to schedule set-up and connection. No call. I called back to find out what was going on and the *** said fiber is only in the pre-install stages in my area. When I mentioned they were done and I had seen them running the optic cables and digging up my street, plus I had seen 3 f my neighbors getting installed she hung up on **** checked their web-site and it shows my area in solid green with a pop-up that says "Fiber Available" so I called them. The person who answered hung up on my halfway through my questioning, and I have called back 7 times only to have my call disconnected after the music plays for about 45 seconds and then ***** seconds of silence. Honestly I am amazed they have anything over 1 star and cmpletely incredulous at seeing almost 5 stars.

      I wasn't expecting much since I assumed this to be a small company. The experience has been excellent. My situation was handled immediately with excellent customer service and **** did an exceptional job making sure my service was up and working. Thank you

      We had been down for about three days. According to the message at main number the system was down and were investigating. zi t seemed odd to me that a system would down that long without a clear explanation WHY. I called and spoke to two tech reps, the last **** worked through reboot procedures which had done before, but the antenna and transmitter were not communicating. First assumption was the storm had changed our antenna orientation. The boots did nothing, then about 45 minutes later the Wifi came back on. Checked all devices and did logins to different accounts. Isn then called later saying that others had the same issue and he had the transmitter rebooted. Problem solved. A *** on the back for **** Thanks again.

      Spoke to both ** and Chase in tech support. Both men were so patient and helpful. I erroneously disconnected parts of Airbeam equipment when disconnecting our dish. They were both so helpful and walked me through reconnecting our router. Thank you ** and *****.

      Customer Support is really helpful, going out of their way to make sure my problems are solved, even if it is due to my own mistake. Highly recommended!
