            I initially received a mailer from ********* which is a lead generator for debt consolidation loans. Subsequently, my information was provided to a company operating out of the **************** with the business name of: Option One Finance. Interesting enough, the business address is listed in the BBB (Better Business Bureau) files as a home address, per a simple ****** search. The business bombarded me with email messages from a *****************************, text messages and a phone message. Additionally, the named individual was sent an email to: ************************************* at 12:33 pm on October 11th, advising no further contact for: emails, text messages and/or phone calls. However; this was ignored and the individual named called me at 2:11 pm on the same date mentioned from a phone number spoofed as: ************.

            I am glad I came across Option One as I was drowning in very high interest credit card debt as my husband had lost his job during the pandemic. When I spoke to ***** he was very understanding of my situation and took the time out to figure out which consolidation option would help us best. He just didn't give me numbers he actually worked out a plan that allow us to consolidate and still provide for our family. I am very thankful to Option One as we are 1 year into our consolidation and finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you!!!!
