              Efficient air told me the reason why my air handler wasnt running was because my air handler needed to be cleaned and they charged me $350 for the service. Eight service calls later they cant figure out what the problem is and now tell me I need a new air handler and arent willing to give me a refund on the $350 cleaning which was a waste of money if it had to be replaced all together. if I was going to spend money on replacing the air handler spending 350 to clean the old one was a complete waste of money. I asked for a refund of the $350 and they declined to make it right.

              Sent from Old Republic Home Warranty. This company replaced the motherboard of my furnace with the wrong motherboard, overrode the safety switches, didnt secure inside wiring at all and left it live, and completely didnt hook up heat. They could have burned my entire house down! Have photos. Completely dumbfounded that anyone could do such shoddy and life-endangering work with such disregard to homeowners or moral.

              Control board was installed by our tech and ac was up and running. He did tell you we needed a senior tech out to do a quality check for the heating since it was an after market board authorized by your home warranty. You never called in for us to go back like stated on your invoice. We also offered you to send out our senior tech and you denied service. As far as burning down your entire house that is impossible since your heat was not connected. No flame rectification parts where bypassed.
