              Mattamy Homes has not completed warranty repairs. Also, we currently have an electricity outage in part of our brand new home (bedroom, attached bathroom and office); the outlets are not working, and lights do not turn on. We have reported this to Mattamy and have received no response. We have contacted the following individuals for all above issues:- Warranty Technician: ******************* - Mattamy's front office in ********* Park - Mattamy maintenance directly through the portal - Mattamy's original electrical technician We have not spoken with anyone and none of our phone calls have been returned.

              As an agent, working with Mattamy and their title company of choice, First American, was pure frustration. The builder and title have developed a scheme to inflate and oppress the buyers with title and hoa fees. Where did a buyer buy their own title insurance?
