              13 July called water company for an emergency turn off from a broken tub, water shooting out everywhere. House shut was nonexistent and the street water turn off was jammed. After Buckeye water company took forever putting us on hold and running checklists, we were told they would send some one out to turn off water. 2 hours later no water company, massive damage. Tried to call them 10 times on different phones only to get. we arent accepting calls at this time. Both on emergency and normal business hour. I had to call the police who sent the fire department. They never called or sent someone out. We have so much damage that could have been avoided. Im not looking forward to our over priced water ****. This company is unprofessional and its criminal how the handle emergencies. Beware if you live in the city of Buckeye!

              Astronomical utility fees!! This is outrageous, $32 for the water base fee, $28 for the sewer base fee, are you kidding me? The fees alone are over half the **** bill. Something needs to be done about this!!
