    This is our first experience with Ashley furniture. We wanted to give a gift to our mother can you replace all her furniture. So we decided to pick two dressers and an end table to replace the old furniture she had for 40+ years. First the delivery was late. Next we received two items one dresser and one dresser hutch. The end table was delayed we didnt receive it until two weeks later. Now the week we received it I had Covid the whole family had Covid disoriented we sign the paper the delivery person dropped it off in the garage did not tell us about any seven day. We had open the box. When we recovered from Covid we opened up the box and The dresser was fine we put it together put it in the house. The second item the five drawer chest or drawer. This item was damaged it had a dent on the side and all the drawers were leaning on an angle. My husband pulled out the drawers and noticed all the hinges were broken. We brought out a tech then we brought out another tech who stated these damages were done prior to delivery. We spoke to a supervisor we could not get a refund for the item that was all damaged on delivery. And now were still waiting for the new item and a call from Ashley furniture. They have not called they have not emailed like they said they would but I do have this email from the tech who came out. As it states this is going to be a one time courtesy exchange. Theres nothing to be said or done about it. We received the end table that the same thing damaged but with that one they were willing to by February 28. We will see but this customer service is the most terrible service Ive ever had Ive been on hold for hours on end for a week and not able to get any supervisor or any customer service agent to help me. I would like to go to their corporate office and speak to them. They will not give me the corporate office number. Ive Ive never seen a company like this with this type of customer service they promised some thing and dont deliver.
