            Last year I took my **** ****** in to Swanty’s to have my AC Compressor repaired. After the repair, Swanty’s told Smart Auto Care (The Vehicle Service Agreement THEY signed me up for when purchasing the vehicle) that the part they put in my car would have a 24 month warranty on it. ***** **** **** has recordings of ******, one of the Service writers saying this. I went in about a month ago because the air compressor has already gone out. ****** had told me that he doesn’t remember telling them it was a 24 month warranty, doesn’t care, and insists it only had a 12 month warranty on the part. They very rudely refused to even touch my vehicle and turned me away. I’m tired of playing run around with this dealership. I have a newborn at home, and it gets to be OVER 100 degrees outside everyday. The vehicle isn’t even safe to be in. I NEED my air compressor fixed. I shouldn’t have to go pay out of pocket somewhere else because Swanty’s doesn’t want to hold up their end of the deal. Absolutely terrible customer service for a dealership that believes they’re the best in town. They shouldn’t have rushed to sell me a warranty and vehicle they won’t even honor or repair.

            On 4/22/24 I purchased a new 2024 Ram 2500 4X4 6.7 Cummins Diesel. I had transmission problems in the first week and found out this truck had major trans issues and repairs prior to my purchase and I was never told. The *** *********************, told me this happens all the time and theyre not obligated to inform me. Because of this I emailed the owner, ***************************, several times and got no reply. *********************** in service was great and got my transmission replaced under warranty but the mngt and ownership seems to not care about a bad business transaction like this even though Ive bought 4 new vehicles from them in 9 years. Buyer beware management and ownership showed me no caring at all.
