I purchased a baby shirt and within 10 minutes money was taken out of my account. It was the correct amount but we have yet to receive the product. It has been weeks and they have not responded to my email inquiries concerning the paid product.Initial Complaint

I placed an order for two items and never received them. I paid 43 and change. I look at the comments from other ******* and are rated 1 star. They should be closed down. I work to hard for my money and now I have nothing to give a co-worker any thing for the new arrival.Initial Complaint

I placed an order with this company about a week and a half maybe two weeks ago have not received and just looked at my tracking and it looks like my order went to *********. I live at the address as stated in my complaint which is the address the products were supposed to arrive to and I want my money back. I spent about $156.Initial Complaint

This order was placed August 8, 2022. Only a portion of the pieces have arrived and in particular I am missing 1/2 of a onesie SET that is for twins. A set indicates the pieces would arrive together. It is not indicated when you order that the clothing comes from ***** or I would not have placed the order. There response continues to be sending inaccurate tracking order numbers that say my order has arrived...in full...which it hasn't. I want the missing piece overnighted to me before the twins outgrow the need for the outfits! I also expect a refund for the horrible service (which after reading the reviews I see is pretty much everyone's service with this company. .Initial Complaint

I originally ordered 1/2/2022, three items (order number *****) and received only one. I reached out via email 2/4/22, to the company for a refund on the two items I never received. The company asked me too early a little longer to see if items showed up. I agreed to a week. Company then offered a 20% discount for my troubles, and said it would arrive in the bank within a few days. That was almost 3 weeks ago and there is no credit issued to date. I said after one week that I wanted a full refund if my products did not arrive. Which today, they have not. I requested again today via email, the company fully refund immediately. Again no response.
