      This is concerning my order ********** on 01/08/24. This order arrived in a damaged box so it was refused upon delivery and returned to the sender. Insight has confirmed that the units have been received back but that they are waiting for approval on the refund from the vendor. I was advised that they couldn't do a direct replacement so I'd have to wait for the refund to be processed so I can place this order once again. It has been almost 2 months now that I've been waiting for this refund. At this point, I don't wish to do further business with Insight, I just want my money back. As a startup business, this has set back my plans greatly and I'm forced to call customer service periodically only to be told the same thing. Pleading for me to give them a few more days and that they are waiting for this "vendor" to approve this refund. Keep in mind that I purchased these units directly from Insight, I had no knowledge of a third party involved. I would just like my money back so I can move on with my life please.Thanks

      Thank you for reaching out.  A supervisior on our Returns team ahs confirmed that a refund in the amount of $9,131.58 has been issued and should reflect to the customer's account in the next few days.  The customer has been advised .

      No one has contacted me regarding the warranty refund I am owed per the extended warranty contract. A credit memo has been issued by their vendor, but they have not issued my refund. Insight Enterprise is the parent company for Tiger Direct, which they retired as an online entity in March of 2023.

      This issue has been resolved.  The credit to ****************, which was initially refused by the vendor, has been given to her by Insight.  She has received the credit of $4,832.62 relating to order number Z17400180.

      This business calls our business multiple times daily. There is never anyone on the line who says anything. I have reached out multiple times to the company to request that they remove our number from their call list. They claim to remove our number, but then we still continue to receive calls. These calls occur at the same time of day every day and the calls come in back to back. I see another BBB complaint of similar nature. Please address this.

      This company calls my office phone multiple times per day and fills up my voicemail box with messages that contain nothing but background noise with the sound of someone typing on a keyboard. I have complained on the company's website, I have sent personal messages to them, I have submitted a complaint of their "Contact Us" page on their website, and I have called multiple times, asking for them to stop. The problem continues, and it is preventing actual business clients from being able to leave me messages. The number that keeps calling me is: ************. Because of Insight's bully sales practices, I refuse to do business with them, and I want the calls to stop immediately! I want out business line of credit with them closed, and I don't want them to contact me again! I used to enjoy doing business with Insight, but now that they are disrupting my business, I need them to remove me and my business from their sales call list and I just never want to hear from them again. It is pathetic that I have to file a complaint with the BBB just to try and get them to stop hammering me with calls.
