      I ordered a DVD and received it and it wouldn't play. Upon closer look, it came with a huge scratch. Tried to email, it came back unknown. Called and left message to no avail. I believe I have been scammed!

      Ordered LET IT BE Collectors Edition (provided website photo). Received a homemade DVD case with one unmarked CD inside. (Shown in attached photos) Either a bootleg or a blank. I will not play it. (BTW, this edition is suppose to contain 2 discs). Emailed company complaining & asking for refund. This is fraud. No response from company.

      Really sorry you are having issues with the order you received. Did both items you received have glitches? Was the package damaged? Occasionally defective items do pop up unfortunately, but not 2 totally different items.
      Happy to expedite a replacement at no charge due to the Holiday Season. Please just respond with a picture of the back (or shinny side) of the defective DVD's. We will test and expedite a replacement upon receipt.
      As you are aware, for these titles and most others we find for our customers there is no such thing as an original copy of the movie still in existence, the movie was never released or has fallen into public domain.
      Our website does explain the type of items we sell. The site also goes into detail as to how we find the movies we sell and who we get them from. Because the items we find come from different sources, we sell on a collector to collector basis and guarantee that the item you will receive is the best version currently available.
      For over 17 years now Classic Movie Reel has been finding rare and out of print movies for our movie loving customers. The whole purpose of Classic Movie Reel is to find our customers the classics they cannot find elsewhere.

      The movies I received are not part of public domain and are clear recordings of the show being aired on television. There are ads on the bottom of the screen. There are glitches in the recording where the screen freezes. You are selling bootleg copies of movies that are not over 96 years old.

      On Sept. 15th I ordered a *** (2 Discs) from Classic Movie Reel. I had contacted them back in April to ask about the condition of the ***s I was told they are all new or in like new condition. I received my order on Sept. 20th. After opening I could tell immediately this is not what I ordered. These are bootleg ***s. Its a plain *** that has a sticker on it and the movie has been copied. The case is not manufactured either. Its a plain case that someone printed out a copy of the *** picture and description and attached it in the *** case. I emailed the company and have gotten no response. I want a refund of my purchase. The *** was ***** and with shipping it was *****. I have included the email from the company saying these are new or like new ***s as well as pictures of the actual ***s and case.

      This customer has never contacted our company to express any type of issue with this order. 

      As clearly stated on the website, Returns and Replacements are accepted for 14 day from date of receipt.

      On Feb. 9, ***************** good faith a DVD of the movies Pharlap and Smoky.Order number 111294.I recieved ILLEGAL, PIRATED copies, with home-printed false label on DVD pkg and blank labels on the DVD's themselves.This is NOT what I was expecting, nothing on the website declared these would be copies.The practice of doing this is illegal in *******. I have now emailed them three times and they have totally ignored me.It is time to take further action, perhaps CLASS ACTION SUIT with all the other complaints.If there is one thing we don't need in ******* is a fraudulent company repeatedly committing this crime.
