On Aug 12, I placed an order on PhantomSkinz's website (***********************************) and have received no update beyond the initial order confirmation email. I've since emailed twice for an update, with no response from the business (email thread attached). There also appears to be no one ******* the chat function on their site.At least three other customers have reported similar experiences in 2024 (on reddit and yelp, screenshots attached). This leads me to believe that PhantomSkinz is pulling an "exit scam," leaving the website open for collecting orders and payment long after the business' shutdown, with no intention or ability of ever fulfilling the orders.Desired outcome: delivery of skin, or refund of paymentInitial Complaint

hello, I have purchased a product online from phantomskinz *********** phone. after charging me i received a defective product. I contacted them about a replacement for the defective product they sent me but got no response, on their website they claim they offer a lifetime warranty for their products with no questions asked, so i filled the form provided a the info and pictures needed. they charged me extra money to get a replacement for the defective product they sent me. that happened over a month ago and i still didn't get a replacement, tried contacting them several times with no response. I feel this is a scam or at least they are not fulfilling the warranty claims on their website. I don't want a replacement as i had to buy another product from another company, i just want my money back from this website a=cause this feels like a scam to me. order # ***** thank you, and happy holidays.
