I was promised a quality lead source from Bold Trail. All leads have been bogus or already existing clients. They have now locked my website. I am unable to use it. I have incurred some unexpected cost and this is a cost that has no delivered as promised. They would not post to social as often as requested, when it did post it was lines similar to that. My SEO did not rank higher with BoldTrail. They would not add my phone numbers on there, only robo call numbers. The calls I made never registered as a call on the **** This is a complete scam, headache to set up and even worse to attempt to cancel.

On Feb.11, 2023 I entered into a contract with Bold Leads for a year. They promised 4 to 5 confirmed leads a month. I paid $299 subscription fee and $300 ad spend for months. They NEVER produced the venue for my ad spend after asking precisely twelve times. I requested they lower ad spend to $5 after seeing that not only were they unresponsive, but most of the "qualified" leads were FAKE. I was literally speaking to deceased humans families- They should be ashamed, return everyone's money and issue a public apology for using deceased humans, fake numbers and irresponsible business practices. Truly a horrible example of what should be a reputable business. I have pages of responses from their "leads" I believe we have a class action lawsuit and encourage people to contact the Attorney General of **!

Bold leads is a lead generating service for realtors, I believe nationwide, in which the company charged a specific amount monthly for what they claim are qualified leads and marketing done for you. I signed up for a 12 month contract for which I payed $700 a month and went on to receive zero qualified leads and no proof of actual marketing being done on my behalf. I signed up 05/17/22 by 08/23/22 i was already sending complaints to the company asking why the leads were all not verified and just seemed to be totally random people who had no interest in actually buying or selling real estate, aside from this I requested a copy/proof or link to my marketing that should be taking place monthly they did not provide any of this. They apologized for all the bad leads and said they will take a look. Evidently there is no qualification of the leads they are providing, Im seeing complaints all over the internet and terrible reviews. I would like to be refunded all the money invested in this scam but if not at the very least these people should not be allowed to continue as a business. I put in a complaint with my banking institution since I wrote a cancellation request to bold leads and they ignored it and continued to charge me monthly due to us having a contract my dispute did not get approved. The breach in contract I believe should be enough for a full refund. Not one thing that they offer or promise the client is accurate or truthful. If additional paperwork or emails are necessary I can obtain and provide as well. The contract they make you sign only is specific to terms of months and pricing but does not specify what they offer or promise. They also updated their terms and conditions on September 2022 and some of their other term and conditions/billing terms and conditions links are not even active.

On February 28, 2023, I entered into a one year contact with Bold Leads. They were supposed to provide home seller leads in the following areas: **********, Mars, Moon Township, and *************, ************. The cost was $299/month for the subscription and $300/month for the advertising. When I discussed this plan with the sales representative, *************************, Senior Account Representative, Lone Wolf Technologies, he told me that I could expect to see ***** leads per month with a 10-12% conversion rate in the first month and then more leads as the campaign continued. The leads were supposed to be from potential sellers in the designated areas and they were supposed to have filled out a form with their name, address, phone number, and consent to be contacted.I was reluctant to sign a 1-year contract, but the price was cheaper and he assured me that I could cancel the account if it wasn't working out after 6 months. The leads started coming in immediately, but they weren't from the designated areas. They were from far, far away. I complained and was told that the marketing team just needed to hone their marketing. Then I started getting leads from **** and *************. I am not licensed to sell real estate in either of those states. Again, I complained that they were advertising in the wrong markets. In addition, no one was interested in my services. In the time that I have been with Bold Leads, not a single lead has been from someone who wants to sell their home. When I would call, they would be surprised and would claim that they never filled anything out. Repeatedly, one after another, the people said they had no plans to sell, that they never filled anything out, and some of them said they didn't even go on Facebook. After two months, I called to cancel my account. I was told that I could not cancel. I have repeatedly tried to cancel, and now they don't even answer the phone. All of this is documented.

This company's sales representative promised 4-5 vetted leads to my email address per month. I verbally told him that I would cancel in three months if these leads did not convert. I haven't even one of these leads convert. Information that was provided is just down right incorrect for the person. Phone numbers are invalid! That is one of their guarantees. I have spoken with them about this problem, and explained what I was promised, and they insist that someone has to take over the lead source (which I am not going to saddle someone with bad leads) or I pay some sort of termination fee. THEY are in contract violation by not providing what was promised. They then charged my card again the next month. I have put in a dispute with my credit card company and they are fighting the dispute. I would like them to cancel the contract. I won't charge them for my wasted time trying to vet bad lead information.

January 2023, bold leads contacted me , as being associated with Cloud CMA and **************** that I already used in the past successfully. They offered me what was supposed to be a volume of minimum 10 leads a month for two different zip codes. Seller leads. I trusted them because they were associated with the cloud CMA system and cloud attract that I've used in the past successfully. I got a hold of them 3 months into using the system and not being able to convert majority of the leads being bogus, not being vetted out, homeowners that are not interested in selling their homes and talking to us. Leads popping up from other parts of the country and the majority leads coming in not coming in in the zip codes that I paid for. March of this year I told them I wanted to cancel. I did not want the service anymore. They did not allow me to cancel. My contracts up July last month they continued to bill me even though I told them to cancel. They need to be investigated. They're ripping off a lot of real estate agents. They have the copy of the contract and all the bills that they have charged to my credit card, They have my contact information. They can contact me correctly and handle this.

Bold Leads continues to try to charge my credit card for 2 monthly charges. They have failed to send me legitimate leads ... they have failed to fulfill their end of the contract. I want this cancelled. Leads that I have contacted have told me they do not wish to be called or contacted

On or about May 17,2023 I agreed to pay Bold $399 per month in exchange for ***** verified seller leads per month. I was told the first month would be discounted because they could only guarantee 5-7 verified leads. I did not receive any leads for the first month until I called and complained at which time five or six leads came in within 24 hours. I attempted to reach all five of these leads and none of them were people interested in buying or selling real estate at all. The June billing cycle came around and Bold charged me $399 and a second charge of $300, I called to inquire about the extra $300 charge and Bold told me that I agreed to pay an additional $300 per month for marketing, which I thought would come out of the $399. I asked to cancel because I was not getting what Bold promised me. I was charged again for July and again tried to cancel. I have several emails to show this, I have included the first email showing I asked to cancel but can provide other communication as well to support this. I want a refund of $699.00 that was taken out of my account on July *****, 2023 after I canceled on June 20, 2023. Please see the attached document were Bold states that cancelations need to be 10 days prior to billing cycle to prevent charges.

I specifically asked in the initial conversation if the leads were qualified and was told yes. I havent received one quality lead, the leads were bogus, were not anticipating a phone call, and were on do not call registries. Horrible servicd

Im not getting what I paid for and what I signed up for. They promised me a minimum of 10 leads a month for sellers and 10 leads for buyers. Im barely getting 5-10% but theyre claiming that I am. Even though theyre not there. Its like theyre just lying. They want me to pay $1990 to get out of the contract before November even though Ive been paying nearly $1000 a month for over 6 months with nothing but scam leads to show for it. This company is predatory and false advertising. They need to be shut down. I have more documents Im happy to supply
