After placing an order with this company I realized the current promotional code was not applied. I immediately contacted the company to apply the code or cancel the order. There is a cancel button in their website but it will not let you cancel even if the order was placed 1 minute earlier. I am unable to pay the extra $100 dollars that should be honored by this company. I feel that an upstanding company would be able to make this adjustment. This is not a custom orderBusiness Response

The wallpaper doesnt stick to the walls. The walls were clean and free of debris. It was also installed correctly and went up easily but only stayed on the wall for 8 hours. I dont recommend this company to anyone. They do not provide any sort of refunds or replacements.Business Response

I contacted Wall Blush for a refund. They gave me the run around and finally said I didnt install it properly. The wallpaper kept creasing and bubbling up no matter if you started from top to bottom or vice versa. It came with a smoothing kit that didnt help to smooth it. The only option given to me was to re purchase it at a discounted price. I wouldnt dare spend more on this paper.Business Response

I ordered the peel and stick wallpaper for my entire bathroom after testing a sample for over six months on my smooth walls. I also made sure it was ok to use in a bathroom after seeing many photos of bathrooms on their website and social channels. Sadly, It began to completely fall off of the walls three days after installation! After many back and forth emails with customer service, they offered to send me their paste the wall paper but will not refund my order. Paste the wall completely defeats the purpose of wanting to use peel and stick and is absolutely not a solution to their product just not working like it should have. At this point their peel and stick product feels like false advertising and I highly recommend looking to another company when using in any bathroom!!Business Response

I ordered what I thought was a wall decal. I thought it was a decal because there is no way to enter specific dimensions for a wall like in the case of wallpaper. What I received was one pre sized panel. It is a fraction of the mural advertised. I have contacted the business multiple times and still no one can give me an answer as to how one would order enough panels for the entire wall. In fact they stated that you cant CHOOSE which panels you order. They offered to have me buy more panels but you cant tell them how many you need or which parts of the mural you need. They also cant tell you this information. They insist that their product is custom but in fact it is not-they have pre sized panels. The whole thing is a complete scam. I have already spoken to customer service MULTIPLE times. They are NOT custom. They are set sizes and you can choose how many panels but they cant guarantee the number you choose will actually cover the entire wall. Additionally, because they arent custom sizes they wont fit my wall! I already paid for one panel (which I thought was the entire thing) and they told me I needed 4 more but that I couldnt choose which part of the mural was sent which is dumb because how do I know I wont end up with another missing panel and two of the same one! Even if I paid MORE for panels which I am NOT going to do I cant get the exact size of my wall because you dont sell custom sizes! The entire thing is a merry go round! I just want a refund. I purchased peel and stick wallpaper for my home. I received the wallpaper and although it was beautiful. I cannot use in the space because the print is too large. I wanted to return and order another print for the area. I was told there are no refunds or returns. This was a shock but under a tab which you have to click it then tells you this. I emailed and chatted with the company, was told this is the policy and they would give me a $100 credit. I paid ****** on 11/03/24. I cannot believe that this is allowed. If there are no returns, refunds or exchanges it should be in bold all over the website. It is not. I would like a full refund and I will gladly return the wallpaper. Please help.Business Response

My original order # is *************. My order consists of 2 different rooms worth of wallpaper and 2 wall blush plus warrantys [1 for each room/ different wallpaper]. This complaint is on the company refusing to uphold their warranty on the wall blush plus warranty that I paid for. We did our first room, used the warranty and recieved the wrong panels, was told they were having "automation issues" and a 2nd set of correct replacment panels were sent. No issues. We then had to use the 2nd, warranty on the 2nd room as well. I recieved the wrong panels AGAIN. I reached out about receving the incorrect panels AGAIN on 10/19. This is where the issues began-- the 3 previous times I communicated with customer service my replacment panels were processed and handled with 0 fuss in less then 5 minutes. On 10/19 I was told by *******, "I will relay this to our printing department. Once I recieve a response from them I will follow up with you.". Instead of my correct replacment panels being processed this was her response and was the last communication she has given me. I reached our 5 days later [today 10/24] because I have yet to get an update on my replacment panels. This is where I have been completley ignored via chat and email. I reached out multiple times throughout the day [10/24] trying very hard to give them the benefit of the doubt that they were short staffed or on lunch and this was the reason I was not receiving a response. I then used my husbands phone to reach out and got a response almost immediatley. This confirmed what I had read on other BBB complaints on this company, that I was purposely being ignored. Our replacment panels are not being processed nor would the person who spoke to my husband help us. I want my CORRECT replacment panels sent and a full refund, because at this point we are over a month of delays due to recieving incorrect replacment panels and now being fully ignored and the warranty that I PAID FOR is not being upheld by the company.Business Response

I purchased 10 panels of wallpaper in August 2024 and received the order August 8th. We put up the panels and by day 2, 6 of the panels had fallen. I reached out to wall blush and asked to order 6 more, as I assumed maybe the room had gotten warm and caused the wallpaper to fall. On August 22nd I received the 6 other panels. On the 23rd the first 2 panels that I thought were fine and sticking fine the wall, were starting to fall. I was extremely frustrated and emailed them on the 24th stating I would not be putting up the 6 new panels and would like to send them back for a refund. They only offered $300 of store credit. I have spent $780 on this wallpaper that was advertised to stick to our walls. Our walls are very lightly textured, which the company advertises will work on. We cleaned the walls thoroughly before putting them up. It is absolutely ridiculous they will not issue any type of refund. This wallpaper does not stick and is bad quality. I know multiple families who have used peel and stick wallpaper on textured walls, more textured than ours. This is an absurd amount of money to spend without any type of refund.Business Response

My order number is ******. I ordered and paid for 9 wall mural panels but I received my order and there were only panels 1 thru 8. I contacted customer service via email as instructed and they assured me that they would send the 9th panel. After a few days I contacted them again to get the tracking number and they said it hadnt shipped yet. I waited a few more days and reached out again and they said it hadnt shipped yet but that they expedited the order. I finally received the panel almost 2 weeks later only to open the box and its the wrong one. I contacted them again to let them know and havent to receive a response. I also contacted them via social media and still nothing. So now Im left with an unfinished wall mural. All Im asking for is for them to send the CORRECT missing panel, which in this case would be panel #9. If I dont receive the last panel, then its only fair that I receive a full refund. In addition, they should expedite these replacement orders from a fulfillment and shipping perspective. Clearly that isnt happening. I placed an order for wallpaper with Wallblush on August 4th, 2024. I didnt receive the order until August 10th, 2024. Which is fine but I live within 50 miles of where their office is so I thought it would come sooner. The wallpaper was great, I went to go apply it to the wall but the 4th panel out of the 7 panels I ordered was not lining up. I tried to make it line up and the ink on it started rubbing off, making it extremely noticeable that it looked off. I then emailed the company and they were very nice, offering to reprint the panel. I placed that order on August 11th and this time it took a week to get to me. Once I received it I noticed that they printed the wrong panel. I was pretty upset as ** trying to work on my daughters room and had plan to have it finished by this point. I email them and they offer to send the correct panel and put it in as urgent. I received it in a few days and was very happy, until I go to open it up and they had reprinted the wrong panel again! I email them again, telling them their mistake, at this point just wanting the correct panel or a refund. It was been 4 days and they have ignored all my emails. I am extremely upset that they were so quick to help, but now that they made a mistake multiple times they refuse to even answer me. I cant even use the wallpaper at this point because I need the next panel in the mural.Business Response
