    Very terrible patient care and service, and absolutely awful communication between healthcare providers. As a health provider facility, we needed test results for a patient we have in common, and the results were not sent to or given to the patient, and sent two faxes while patient was in office, and received no response. We called multiple times, throughout the day, and could not get through to any human. When we did manage to speak to a person, we were given the runaround and transferred to different clinics. When office staff asked to speak to a supervisor, over multiple phone calls, the staff member was hung up on. The test results were needed between 9 and 10 a.m. At 4:40 p.m., still no communication or patient test results received. The patient could not receive the care they needed today, and the care they need is now delayed. The lead physician has now refused to send any more patients to this facility. We aren't able to leave a zero star review, but if was an option we would
