    Partial refund requested and lousy customer service. Also, acknowledgement of termination of contract and not renewing as of November 21, 2024.

    To whom it may concern, ***** Goullard set up general pest control services with Green Mango last Nov 2023. This involved an Initial Flush out treatment and 6 addition services provided approx every 7-9 weeks apart. Her original rate was $115 per service with the Initial flush out offered at no cost with her contract agreement commitment. This rate was quoted based on the size of your property not the sq footage of her inside of her home. Our pricing models are very standard & cover most average size properties. In addition, we offered ***** an Addition discount for her paying the 6 services upfront, which reduced the treatment rate to $109.25. She originally paid $712.50 but was refunded $57 a week later making the total payment she paid $655.50. 

    Green Mango serviced her property on 7 different occasions, per this agreement and fulfilled those contract terms as agreed. We have never heard of such a bizarre allegation of comparing the Sq footage of her size home to the Lot size and then claiming that amount wasn't treated. We don't even know where this mindset came from but it doesn't work that way. The home was properly treated as agreed, all of her pre-payments were posted to her account after each service was completed and there is no refund due. We have since closed ******* account per her request. We attempted communicating with her on multiple occasions via email but there definitely seemed to be quite a lot of confusion on her end. We're sorry to lose her as a customer and wish her the best with her new provider. However, Green Mango fully fulfilled our service obligations and like we mentioned, there is no refund due. Thank you.

    In a telephone call with **** *****, sales, on 11/21/2023, I understood RAMAN to tell me that the amount charged was based on the size of the lot and that the ENTIRE lot was to be sprayed...even though I remarked that the lot in on a slope? I understood RAMAN to say yes. The first ********** who came pointed out I was paying too much and obtained a small refund. 

    I understand the last treatment is due today, November 4, 2024. I'm still waiting.

    On November 2nd, 2021 Green Mango came to inspect for termites and proposed a termite treatment. Their paperwork included instructions for liquid termicide as well as bait stations for termites. The totally cost was $1775 with a 2 year warranty. Over the two years Green Mango had to come back every year at the same time to treat for termites. Upon the end of the warranty I opted against renewal since they had not proved to have effective termite treatment. The termite stations were removed in December of 2023. As of October 7th, 2024 we currently have active termites again. Upon calling other companies we were informed that Green Mango never reported our termite treatment to TARF. I called Green Mango to see if we could remedy the situation. Green Mango has since submitted the report before discussion with me, but will not work with me on their negligence to treat my property.

    We are happy to advise that we have come to a resolution.  First & foremost we are sorry for any frustrations or miscommunications related to the Termite service plan & especially given that the warranty option was declined   & cancelled, which would have helped this situation.  However, we appreciate the opportunity & thanked Katie for taking the time to speak to us & finding a satisfactory resolution to the entire situation. We are going to provide a Liquid treatment to the home & offer a 2 year warranty. Beyond that, we suggested on ongoing warranty plan to ensure years of protection what we can continue to cover. Green Mango takes great pride in our Premium services, as well as the customers experience to help ensure a great outcome whenever possible. We also appreciate the feedback, as it helps us improve as well & feel confident the proposal we discussed will change any negative impression of our company.     Unexpected increase in visits / charges and unable to cancel service.I have been a customer of ********************** since 2017 and was happy with their service and their technicians overall. When I initially signed up with Green Mango, I subscribed to their bi-monthly service plan, which entailed six visits per year, which they did for the first few years. However, in 2023, without any prior notice or consent, Green Mango scheduled and charged me for eight visits. This unauthorized change was not part of our initial agreement.In December 2023, I contacted Green Mango to inquire about the unexpected increase in visits. Despite my concerns, they failed to provide a reasonable explanation for the additional charges.Frustrated by their lack of transparency, I requested to cancel the service altogether. Instead, they suggested a six-month pause on the service, which I reluctantly agreed to.In February 2024, just two months after the six-month pause agreement, Green Mango attempted to schedule service again. When I called to address this issue, they acknowledged my previous pause request but could not explain why service was being scheduled despite the pause agreement. During this call, I insisted that they cancel my account permanently. They verbally confirmed the cancellation.To my dismay, today (April 16th), I received both a text message and an email from Green Mango, informing me that they are scheduling a technician visit for this Thursday. In response, I promptly emailed them, reiterating that my account should be canceled and requesting that they cease all attempts to service or schedule service for my property. I also sent a text message asking if the service would be free. Their text response: "...We see your account was on a temporary hold due to personal reasons and now that the service is starting up again, your service fee is currently at $96.00. If you have any other questions or concerns, please reply to this message."

    To whom it may concern, 

    I thoroughly reviewed the customers account and discovered ***** had called in Feb to completely cancel out his services & was told his account would be sent to the team to update that request. Unfortunately, it was reviewed, started but not fully completed. This was totally an error on our part. I personally called & explained this entire situation to the customer, thanked him for his long time loyalty with our company and apologized for the frustrations that prompted him to even file this complaint.

    Again, this was a result of an mistake on Green Mango's office staff but thankfully ****************** was gracious enough to understand and said he appreciated the follow up call to go over those details, which will inturn help close this matter with your agency as well. Thank you

    I cancelled the service but the company goes in my account 4 months later and takes the money again. I have tried to stop the payment with them and I should not have too cancel my card. This is obsurd. I called and they say my account was reinstated. But I canceled. They took 85.00 from me. And I sitting here looking DUMB.I NEED My service w them CANCELLED and my 85.00 returned

    Green Mango is very sorry Ms ******** is upset that her payment was processed for the prior pest control services we provided in good faith to her home back in July. Per her signed service contract agreement, she was responsible for those charges. We do see some notes back at that time that she was upset that she was not able to reach anyone at the office, however we tried to explain that our office was closed on the weekend after noon on Saturdays & all she needed to do was reattempt reaching us during the weekdays. It appears she wanted her interior treated, which is always done as a complimentary service & isnt even factored into a customers pricing.


    Nevertheless, Ms ******** did sign a contract agreement, which has not yet been fulfilled, so if her account were to be cancelled at this time she would be responsible for the reimbursement of her initial flush out service at the cost of $198 since she only paid $1.


    We have attached a copy of her agreement for reference & review. We truly don't ever want any customer to be unhappy or dissatisfied and encourage her to please contact our office to discuss some options regarding the status of her account. We are always here to provide an excellent customer service experience but the associated payment that we did process was completely valid. If you have any other questions please let us know.     I unfortunately signed a 1 year service contract with Green Mango. We had a spike in scorpions(30 scorpions in & outside). When a tech came out, he advised me that Green Mango had changed their formula resulting in a numerous amounts of customer complaints. He ended up spraying inside and outside of my house to help with the issue of scorpions. About 4 weeks after that, we had another spike resulting in my husband being stung in the foot and my brother in law being stung in the face. I called the customer service and asked if I could have the inside of the household sprayed as we noticed them inside and outside again. The rep stated that there is no point in getting the inside sprayed as it "does nothing" to the scorpions. I was sold on Green Mango based on the fact that the formula was SUPPOSED to work. 1) why would you tell your client that your formula doesnt work? 2) what's the point in having Green Mango if the formula isn't gonna work? I was appalled that customer service told me that but figured if having them resulted in them not handling my scorpion issue, why not find someone who will? Due to the negligence from Green Mango, I now have ANOTHER pest control company who is actually getting rid of my problems. I haven't seen a scorpion in months because of this new company however I have to pay ANOTHER pest control fee monthly. It's ridiculous to have to purchase another pest control company because you won't do your job. Another INSANE issue is the fact that I was scheduled for a same day service with no notification to me. They showed up to my house and did not attempt to contact me or my brother in law that was home. The tech took it upon himself to REACH OVER MY GATE AND ENTER MY BACKYARD. He trespassed in my backyard in which he had NO right to. I contacted customer service and a rep called me and said that they will notate my account. How about not TRESPASSING!!! No contact to me or my family who was home. Waste of money. I want out of my contract.

    A Green Mango Manager was able to reach ******* & discussed all of her concerns. We had a very nice conversation & discovered there were some miscommunications that factored into this entire situation. We worked through everything & agreed to just close her account out with no cancellation or reimbursement cost & she was very happy. We are sorry to lose a great customer but glad we resolved this matter for her. Thank you!

    To whom it may concern, I am writing this email to express my complete dissatisfaction with your company. I agreed to give your company a chance based on a referral and the fact that when I called on 9/13/21 **** assured me 100 Percent Customer Satisfaction with your company. I have been nothing but unhappy. I hired your company to rid me of the scorpion problem that I have been dealing with for over 15 years. I have to say that it is the exact opposite. The product that you use does NOT work. I have killed OVER 150 since using your company and this is not what I signed up for. I was doing my own spraying before this and never had this big of an issue. It appears that the product that you use attracts them and does NOT repel them. The bi-monthly also is a problem since after almost every service this year as it got warmer I have had to have you come out and re-spray. The other issue is the fact that in less than a years time you have sent at least 4 different people to spray and they dont do the same areas. I cannot be there to supervise and this affects the consistency. I read on the email that you want a written letter to terminate service once my contract is up on August 13th well this is just that. I feel that your company made promises and did in no way keep them. I want a refund for every dollar that I spent because it was a waste of money with ZERO results. I also let your company talk me into the ******** scorpion barrier for $1500 and now extremely regret that decision. I dont even know where to begin with that! I was NEVER told that the smell of this product was extremely toxic. My family and I suffered for over 5 hours dealing with the smell and nothing we could do about it. Me and my wife and my 3 dogs were literally overtaken by the vicious fumes from this product.     One of our Division field managers continued to try and maintain contact with ***** in the hopes of resolving his issues and concerns. We are very sorry he was ever dissatisfied, unhappy or disappointed with any of the services, as we do pride ourselves with our premium treatment protocol & have always offered a free re-service as part of our warranty treatment plan. 


    Unfortunately, ***** is in a known are where scorpion activity continues to be a problem. As a good faith gesture, we have issued a $510 Refund check that was will be sent out tomorrow & he'll have next week and he also reached an agreement with the Aversion rep and was offered an additional partial refund as well for the Scorpion Sealant application that was not to his satisfaction either. 


    This was such a highly unusual situation, as we have had years of proven results in the valley with our TriBloc application & combination of products & protocols, so we sincerely regretful about ****************** experience but we truly did try. Nevertheless......Green Mango wishes him nothing but the best moving forward.
