I called *** Plumbing and Rooter they sent out a plumber to fix the problem. I paid the plumber $480 cash and the work was never done. I have several texts back and forth with the plumber to prove this. No work was ever done. I totally got ripped off.

The person, ***************** who filed this complaint against one of our ex-employees ***********************, did reach out to our owner ******************************* and we did try and rectify the situation he had at his home.
In regards to what happened at the clients home, was a direct result of the a newly hired plumbing tech named ***********************. ****************** went to ******************* home to repair a plumbing issue. Our office was aware of **** going to the clients home. Upon arrival, the tech **** took monies from *** and did not report it to our business or dispatcher. He kept the funds and said that he did not collect anything. Upon reviewing this and being in contact with ***, our office did let *** know that *** Plumbing would fix any issue.
Also, ****************** was in direct contact with **************, instead of having *** Plumbing dispatcher take all customer calls. ****************** proceeded to return **************** home without *** Plumbing know about this. Most all of the contact was directly between the client ***************** and ***************** personal cell phone. *** Plumbing and office were unaware of the text messages and correspondence between them.
At this point, we realized that *********************************** was going to clients homes and not doing repairs and collecting money with the promise of returning to fix the plumbing issues.
****************** was doing all of these transactions on his personal cell phone and he was using one of our *** Plumbing work vans. We took inventory of our parts and machinery and discovered items were missing from our shop and van. We immediately fired *********************************** and called the **********************************.
******** ***************** came to our office and filed a report, we explained to the police of the taking clients money directly and *** Plumbing not receiving any of these funds and the stolen property this person took from our company.
