      Very smooth and stress-free process! Andrew visited and gave an offer that was fair and we accepted. From there out, anyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful, explaining anything that we had questions about. Recommended for anyone who might be in a position to sell your home.

      I had met Andrew a couple years past when he was renovating a house in my neighborhood. When it was time for us to make a change, Andrew was the first buyer I thought of. Called on a Monday, scheduled an appointment for that Wednesday. Andrew showed up on time, communicated the contract clearly, and didn't pressure me at all. Because of this, we were in agreement immediately. This process gave us an easy avenue to move on to our new home. I don't regret contacting Andrew at all... turly grateful!

      I recently sold a house to Andrew, and I can say it was the fastest and least painful experience that I have ever had when it comes to real-estate deals. He was prompt and very professional, and genuine to his word. I would highly recommend his services.

      i called andrew, on a wednesday morning. he was there by 10:00. he walked my house and property, and gave me an offer of twice the amount i was hoping to get for my home. (it was a 60 year old ******************** home that i lived in for 40 years.) the offer was "as is", and he gave me 60 days to vacate. the house closed in 6 working days. it was quick, easy, and andrew was very kind and professional. he answered every one of my texts and phone calls. thank you,andrew, for making this so easy for me.

      Andrew was extremely friendly, personable and accomodating. I was counting on him to purchase my home and he did exactly what he said he was going to do and I didnt have to clean or have any inspections. All around great customer service, ********************** is an awesome guy and has an awesome company. I'm thankful for Andrew the Home Buyer!!!

      Andrew and I did a deal in December 2023 , He showed up , made good offer , did exactly what he said. It was quick , no fees to me whatsoever, highly recommend if you are selling. In this crazy world at least there are some people that stil make sense ??

      I was very impressed and pleased to deal with Andrew. I had also contacted Open Door and Offer Pad. Both were a hassle to deal with and after jumping through hoops for OfferPad they declined making an offer because they couldn't find comparable sales. Andrew and I signed a contract at our initial meeting. Everything went smoothly with you all. The title company had a hiccup due to an information system outage, but were upfront about it and things progressed well. I would highly recommend Andrew the Homebuyer to any of my friends.
