Nevada State Contractors License Board v Titan Solar Power
The following describes a government action that has been resolved by either a settlement or a decision by a court or administrative agency. If the matter is being appealed, it will be noted below.
On July 16 2024, Titan Solar Power entered into a Formal Disciplinary Hearing with the Nevada State Contractors License Board. The Disciplinary Hearing ruled that the business was found guilty on 70 counts of violating Nevada law, causing harm to 29 homeowners. Under terms of the ruling the business' contractors license was revoked and a $400,000 fine was imposed.
This action is final.

In June 2024, BBB received information that the business ceased all operations and closed its doors as of 6/21/24. The business provided the following information to share with their consumers:
- Consumers who have an active project, completed projects with active warranties, or a lease project are advised to reach out to their individual financiers for further instruction on the status of the project and for warranty claims.
- Consumers with active cash projects are advised to email [email protected]. This email will be monitored for a short period of time after the company’s closure. BBB was not given a date on when the email will no longer be valid.
Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records, but may also wish to contact the Bankruptcy Court and/or their local Attorney General. The Bankruptcy case number is #2:24-bk-04978-MCW.
