Date of Transaction: 1/29/2021 Amount- ********* Called Titan Solar power numerous times. Nobody has responded.Solar panel has stopped working causing me to pay $400 in electricity bills a month. They have filed bankruptcy and theyre phone line doesnt ring anymore, so they definitely dont plan on fixing the solution.Initial Complaint

Titanium installed solar panels on my roof in Feb and has not come back to complete the inspection process with the city.The city has come to my home twice and said that all titanium needs to do is install a panel layout sticker on the box outside my home and they will allow the system to be activated.I have repeatedly called and emailed and the response is always that they are waiting on the city.This is not the case the city has come out twice and the inspector even gave me his number to call when titanium finally completes their obligation.The only thing holding this system from going operational is titanium.The attached file is all I need to complete the project. It has to be weatherproof and sun rated as it goes on the outside of the box.Business response

Hello, Titanium Solar ************** is a local franchise, that is located in **************, and only services *****, and Warner Robins. Titanium Solar corporate is a separate entity. This complaint from this customer is directed to ************************************************ corporate. We, at Titanium Solar Middle Ga, have not done any business with this customer, thus has nothing to do with the complaint. This customer is located in **********, **, and as stated above, we only serve ***** and ****** ******. Thank you for time and attention.

Titan Solar no holding up to there contract we were suppose to have solar starting in 1/2022 it never happened till 4/28/22 for one day the the system went down called and complained worked one day again 5/19/22 called and complained worked one day 7/25/22 went up half day 8/24/22 then on 8/25 /22 worked all day worked until 3/13/23 no service till 6/28/23 then worked until 7/14/24 no service again no one to call ?Initial Complaint

Solar was supposed to be reinstalled on the roof after having roof replaced. Was supposed to go back on 6/17/24. Paid them $6500 to remove and replace the solar but the solar is still sitting in my yard. We had to find another company and spend another $3600 to have it reinstalled.Initial Complaint

In 2023 made a contract with titan solar for installing solar panels etc! paid over ****** dollars and still haven't had the system turned on. It's been over 5 months and solar system just sitting here doing nothing. I haven t heard from anyone, tried calling many times no answer back.....Initial Complaint

On October 20, 2021, we entered into a contract with Titan Solar for the installation of a residential solar energy system. The total amount we paid was $59,014.68. Titan Solar committed to providing us with a fully operational solar energy system, including installation, maintenance, and a 25-year workmanship warranty.However, from the beginning, the installation faced significant delays. Although the system is now operational, these delays caused considerable inconvenience. It took over 10 months to finalize the contract due to persistent delays, during which we were asked to sign multiple revised contracts with minor changes, such as the installation date. We believe Titan Solar did this to avoid any litigation due to the delays. We have retained several of these contracts as evidence.Moreover, Titan Solar's sales representatives made several misleading claims about the energy savings and federal tax credits we would receive, which turned out to be inaccurate and overstated, causing financial losses and disrupting our financial planning.Since Titan Solars closure in June 2024, we have been left without support for the promised 25-year workmanship warranty. Our attempts to contact Titan Solar to resolve these issues were met with inadequate responses and no satisfactory resolution.Given that Titan Solar is now out of business, we seek guidance and assistance from the BBB to address these unresolved issues. We are particularly concerned about the voided warranty and the misleading sales tactics employed by Titan Solar. We hope the BBB can help us find a resolution or provide direction on any possible recourse available to us.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Initial Complaint

everyday I get a email from my solar edge with alerts that there is something wrong I have been trying to contact you since the 19th of June with this problem , I have called just to have a recording to leave a message I have done that daily, I have emailed you no replied back, I still owe a lot of money on these panels and I am under warranty still, plus I think I need a new roof, and if this is the case I need someone to remove the panels so they can put a roof on.Initial Complaint

Legacy Power sales agent ******************* for Titan sold me a solar system that Titan Solar installed. Titan has filed for bankruptcy Chapter 7 and ceased operations nationwide. This install had a 25 year limited warranty. We are concerned if this is null and void. Titan cannot be reached and Legacy told us they cant help. We need Titan or their agents where I can get warranty reimbursement if I have a failureInitial Complaint

Titan solar took 2 years to get their system approved by the county. We failed 5 times before the system finally went on. In the process they've destroyed my property and still haven't come out to fix the damages they caused. There is cement splattered all over the siding of my house for starters. When they did their tractor work, they left push piles all over my property and didn't grade the area they worked in. My property now has sink holes and the ground is extremely uneven. My home now had a ton of electrical issues too. Outlets have blown out, breakers pop constantly, lights flicker when the septic pump comes on. The breaker box is labeled horribly. I have no clue which breakers go to which rooms in my own home. We just have to flip breakers until we find the right breaker. Completely unacceptable. We have reached out with formal letters to titan. They sent someone to ***** the damages and then never returned to fix the issues. In my opinion, this job is not finished because of the way they left my.home and the electrical issues we now have. I'm hoping their system doesn't burn my house down one day.
