On March 24, 2023 Pumpworks was paid $2400.00 for a new well pump. System has been pumping mud through my appliances the past 3 weeks since this company touched it. They claim no fault. We asked them about the mud on April 14, 2023 and owner ******************* responded that we need to continuously run thousands of gallons through our hose to clear up the mud. This made matters worse. On Monday April 17 my husband **** told them that we still had unusable well water. They reluctantly made a house call to us at 4:40 pm that day. A tech arrived and knocked on our door saying that our well was bad and that its not their fault because the pump works fine. This was never anything ever brought to our attention before this date. When we asked the owner of the company for a partial refund(solely for the pump) he immediately threatened legal action and accused us of threatening him. We asked why they did not bring our silted well to our attention at the time of pump installation and why the proceeded to misdiagnose a problem. The owner ******************* then told my husband to call ********** in ************ because they falsify legal documents stating fraudulent well depths. When we contacted ******************* at ********** in regards to this accusation he stated that ******************* had just reached out to him to help bail out our well after the mistakes they made. The company is no longer communicating with us after I posted a bad review on ******** that they promptly created me a new bill for a new charge and sent me a half hour later. My family is having to convert our home to hauled water as we speak so we can survive. I have not had clean water in my house since 03/24/2023. I am a mother of 3 children 10 and under and having to buy my 5 dogs bottles drinking water at this time.

    To whom it may concern

The well at the residence in question silted in to 150 Ft. We could not even get to the job for many days due to the flooding in a wash by the location. This is a very active aquifer in the location of this residence. That is why the ***** make 75+ G.P.M. The location of pump is 20' off the bottom by industry standards. The well was originally drilled to 280 Ft. in **** The pump Should have been set 260' It was set 140' when we arrived a tell they had this issue in the past. We re-set to 140' (the same depth ) after finding the bottom was now 150' and it just pumped silt. From my experiancee the last storm finished filling the well. There is no way we could even if we tried to make the well silt in. Out of the thousands of ***** we have serviced this has never been the pump companies fault. We understand that losing a well is very inconvenient to the homeowner but to cast blame where it does not belong is not a solution. As far as the driller i would never have blamed them for misrepresenting a well report, they are friends as well as colleagues that have been in business for many many years and I have never heard of anything like this with their reputable company. The well **** # is ******  at 150'The layers change from ******************* to **** with sand and gravel layers (this is where it is silted in to now)

    Thank You
