5 starsI highly recommend Kingsmark! They take care of your dogs like if they were their own. they are kind, caring, compassionate, and professional. When I leave my dogs there, I never have to worry. When ******** get home, they are exhausted so I know they are having plenty of playtime. I have been using them now for over three years and I have never had one complaint. This company deserves 10 stars not five!Review fromHeather H

My two dogs absolutely love coming to Kingsmark. The staff is responsive and caring - they greet my pups by name every time we visit. We've used their daycare and boarding services and have always picked up happy, healthy, and pleasantly exhausted pups from them!

5 starsThey are AMAZING. The facility is great and my dog always has a fun time at his second home! Everyone who works there is kind and great with animals. Sometimes when its muddy theyll get him all cleaned up before pickup without an additional charge. When he had an ear infection they were able to administer his medication when I had to go out of town. They also allow you to administer their bordetella yourself so you dont have to go in to the vet every 6 months. Ive been using them for over 2 years and never had a single negative experience!Review fromErin F

Our dog stayed overnight here and we asked them to trim his nails on the morning of pickup. He started bleeding all over the front room as he cracked his nail soon after his nails were trimmed incorrectly and before leaving this facility. We would have appreciated a follow up call the next day as we were promised. Also, it would have been better if we were able to have a conversation with a human that was willing to participate in a two-way conversation like the one I had with one of the management staff. That conversation went great, but as far as communicating with *******, the owner, I wont waste my time. It amazes me that this person is a business owner based on her dismissive handling of this situation.Kingsmark Kennels

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. Im sorry we were unable to give you the outcome to which you desired. Like I kindly tried explaining to you, your pup simply cracked his nailand yes this is not an uncommon occurrence as dogs have tendency use their paws quite a bit. Your pups nail didnt start bleeding until he was in the office at check out per the cameras, so it clearly did not occur during the nail trim like you are stating. With that being said there literally was nothing that we could have done to prevent it from occurring. I understand you want someone to blame and even yell at like you did but unfortunately sometimes dogs do things that are out of our control. If you would have approached the situation with a bit more class and kindness the outcome may have totally been different. How you treat people matters. 5 starsI absolutely love this place. My dog does as well. The employees r all so friendly. & They know who I am & my dog before they look us up. I extremely recommend kingsmark kennel if ur looking to board ur pets. Or even the doggy daycare is great. & As I said my dog loves it here, & is so excited when we pull up. 5 starsOur family LOVES kingsmark Kennels! When we adopted ***** he didn't play and didn't know how to "dog". Kingsmark got ***** out of his shell and allowed him to access that part of himself again! The only people I trust to care for ***** when we aren't around. We love that while we run our errands or see a movie ***** is doing everything from excercise and socializing to getting a massage and having a bath. ***** can't get out of the car fast enough to get into Kingsmark.
