              Tried several times to reach and contact Northern Arizona radiology. The bill they sent me does not belong to me. They didn't respond or fix the issue. They have now sent this bill to claims, affected my credit negatively and I am now being contacted by a debt collector. My credit needs to fixed, the bill needs to be pulled back and this needs to be addressed in a timely manner.

              Due to scheduling conflict I had to cancel my appointment here and unfortunately schedule elsewhere. Boy was I sad about that choice (I did not have a positive experience with the other company). The team at Northern Arizona Radiology has helped me in the past on a number of occasions. They were always friendly, professional, and they bent over backwards to do what they could to accommodate scheduling my many necessary imagings back to back (I have to drive almost an hour to get up to my healthcare team). This included one tech even working me in on his lunch break, although I'm sure they probably don't appreciate me spreading that around publicly. I'm not saying that you should expect them to fit you in on their much-deserved lunchbreaks, I'm just telling you that they're the kind of people who WOULD.
