    The entire team at True North Air Conditioning has been amazing! From ******, the admin staff, and our installers ******* and *****, they were all professional, on time, clean, knowledgeable and through. I cant rave enough about our installers, they worked in tremendously hot conditions and replaced our entire HVAC system both outside and inside our attic. The work was completed/done and its like there were no contractors even at our home they left it so clean. Both ******* and *****, listened to my concerns and questions. ******, was honest, through in the home inspection, with his recommendations, based on our needs. The cost of the project was extremely fair and very competitive. We didnt feel pressured into selecting their bid, even after they knew we were obtaining multiple bids for the job. Our family is looking for a long term business relationship for our HVAC system and needs, it goes beyond the install meeting and installation. We look forward to working with True Norths team for years to come. Highly recommend them! From The ******** Family, we thank you!

    Great job; good value; best labor warranty.After canvassing 5 vendors, 3 of which are 5-star candidates, we chose True North for our new HVAC purchase/installation. Quicker response time to questions, and just as quick on the installation. Relieved AC is running and now cooler soon with this new unit. Ready for the hot months now.
