      Vivid Racing received a returned item from me on August 13th 2021 and verified with an email to my email address. It has now been 13 days today or 9 business days and I have yet to receive my refund of $229.99. I contacted customer support numerous times thru email with no replies back, finally contacted them on August 23rd via phone and the lady told me I would see it in a day or 2 after checking with the returns department. I am tired of waiting with this company and their lack of communication.

      The business did in fact process the "refund" but not for the whole purchase amount. They decided they wanted to keep $34.50 of my money. I find this completely unacceptable.

      All returns are subject to restock, which was applied to this order. 

      The refund was processed and should reflect back with the customer.

      We received this customer's request to cancel yesterday, 8/24/21. The order was cancelled and their transaction was refunded completely the same day. The **** transaction ID is ***********. Thank you!

      On 7-3-21 @ 15:41 I ordered 2 supercharger oil filter in which I realized that was a duplicate order.I canceled within minutes and called, emailed and used the automated cancellation with no support.I called several times with nothing but an answering machine.I then started to get correspondences with Vivid saying he or she was working on a rma.One person I was in communications with promising the rma, seems to be no longer with the company.All I want is to return items for refund and it been going on for up to a month now with no rma.Since buying off websites for over 40 years I never had a situation like this.I will never buy from this company again.Ironically Vivid states the following below yet offer no support or customer service:ns Team. "To Exceed our customers expectations through continuous improvement and customer satisfaction"
