    ******** customer service. I removed all my prescriptions from them and they continue to try and autofill them every 3 months. I have called and left messages and also gone in person to leave notes on my account that I do not want anything filled by them but I keep getting texts. I left their pharmacy for good reason and moved to another but they continue to try and fill old prescriptions without my authorization. I have written 3 reviews on Yelp as well. Strive is an awful business with uncaring management. I would never recommend them to anyone. They dont know how to run a business effectively.

    Strive Pharmacy had been quick and easy for my wife and I to use. We originally started using them after my wife had a reaction to meds from another pharmacy and she needed to get it compounded instead. They even told her some stuff about her prescription the other pharmacy didnt mention.

    I would give them no stars if I could. They have messed up my prescription 3 times now. Latest was they charged my credit card 10/25 for my refill and on 11/7 I called to find why I hadnt received it. *** said it was being shipped that day- (I was leaving town early 11/10) I verified the under tongue pill was grape flavored and she confirmed, I was adamant I needed that flavor. I received my prescription and it was not grape but vomit flavored that I have to put under my tongue for 15 minutes every morning. I called on the 9th after receiving it and the gal acknowledged they made a mistake and would send out the correct one. I let her know again I was leaving town and she said it would be delivered the day I get back home (by now Im out of my medicine) I received voice mail the next day that they would not be replacing my script with the correct one but if I bring the wrong one in she MAY consider a replacement! I paid ****** for a prescription that makes me gag for 15 minutes every morning because of their mistake. I have it delivered because I work full time and driving 15 miles each way is a hardship. Worst pharmacy that is unwilling to do the right thing when they make a mistake! Do not trust them, find another place to entrust your medical needs. I will be letting my Dr know to not refer any more patients to them in the future.
