  If there was a zero rating that would be better than one star. They installed 4 different multifamily residential roofs for me when they were contracted with another large company. One of my large residential roofs started to leak 2 years after it was completely reinstalled. They came out and patched it up and it was okay for another year. The roof was slowly leaking and causing a damp condition in the ceiling and side walls. The bathroom ceiling came down due to the rain water and mold was growing on the apartment ceilings and walls. I tried working with them but the response from the owner was very poor. He promised but never delivered. He didn't show up to do the work that he promised and I ultimately hired *****************. Five Guys did an awesome job redoing the roof yet again due to the poor workmanship discovered with Truebuilt. I am not sure how they are still in business.

  True built comes to mind every single time it rains, and now I have a leak in the ceiling to remember them by. They did come back on three occasions to make some kind of repair, but it was never fixed. I found the problem area, tried to show them but they never listened. I will never let them touch my house again!

  Beyond HAPPY! Our home in ******* ** was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company.Why I Hired True Built?LICENSED, BONDED, INSURED :They are licensed, bonded, and insured. The first thing I do before hiring any contractor is verify the contractor is licensed and insured through the ** ROC. PRICE:I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called ****** at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. He is super friendly, non-sale-zy, not pushy, clean, professional, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. His price beat all other estimates and provided higher quality and warranty. SERVICE:Just talk to ****** for 3 minutes and you will see what I mean. Customer focused. Straight shooter. Nice all around. His guys did a great job cleaning up the site after getting the job done. SPEED:When your roof leaks, it needs to be fixed and fixed quickly before more internal home damage. He makes you a priority. By the way, look at all his awesome reviews on Angie's ***** He has been around for a LONG time. Not a fly-by-night company. Establish, credible, verified, licensed, bonded, insured, etc. True Built checks all the right box's for me.
