I purchased a seat at their supposed class in ******* for a concealed carry permit. A few days later they cancelled the class and said they will keep me posted. Never heard back. I sent several emails with no reply. I finally called him and he said the class was reseduled and will be held at the Dennys in *******. I called Dennys and the manager said there were no classes scheduled there. They refuse to answer my emails now.Initial Complaint

Paid for a CCW Course on May 10, 2024 for my wife. She attended this course, paid the third party for fingerprints, but S.A.F.E. never sent in her packet. Call AZ DPS **** and they stated to contact seller and work it out with them. I contact them every other month with no resolution.Initial Complaint

Myself and my wife went to a seminar on Aug 25 in ******** for our *** permits in **. We attended the class, received out certificates. We paid SAFE 90$ each (10 for sign up and 60 for *** fee, 20 for delivery) ****** taught the class and told us it would be around 90 days to get them. When we did not get them we called Arizona ************** and they stated they never received the *** packets and suggested we call SAFE. I have sent multiple emails, phone calls and texts to SAFEs website and to the ************ number with no reply. I have even stopped by a *** class in **** ( I work down there often) and spoke to an instructor. He assured me that I would get a call from ******. To this date I have not received ANY response from SAFE. I would like a full refund as this is horrible customer service.Initial Complaint

I signed up, and was charged, for the *** Course offered in ********, ** on 22 November 2024. Just before leaving for the class I (and others) received a text message stating that the class was canceled and the instructor would be rescheduling the course. Having heard nothing for a couple weeks, I used the Contact Us form on the ******** Arizona website asking to to be rescheduled for the 31 January 2025 course at the same location - and that since the class was canceled I did not expect to be penalized with fees. I heard nothing back. I then used the phone number shown on the website to contact them. The call was answered by an automated message, very hard to hear and slightly garbled, where I left a message and contact information outlining my concern. It is now 12 December and I have heard nothing.******** Arizona holds many *** courses throughout the year and claims to have several instructors. Surely they can take the time and effort to contact those of us impacted by the cancellation and offer a solution.Initial Complaint

Went to a class and did fingerprints. Fingerprints were declined by the state for poor quality. I reached out to Safe Arizona and they did reply and say to schedule at another class and come in early to redo fingerprints. I waited over an hour at a scheduled class and even had an email confirmation. I witnessed at least 8 other people get stood up by Safe Arizona that day. No communication, instructor was a no show and never got a response on what's going on. I even called the venue to see if instructor showed up at all and they confirmed instructor was a no show that day. I feel bad for the people that didn't even get to do the class but paid for it. The state reccomened a company called field print, they did my fingerprints for $8. I gave safe Arizona over 48 hours to reply before posting this review.Business Response

I signed up for a CCW class on August 16. The class was delayed multiple times and but finally started. I attended the course and was told the course certificate would be emailed to me so I could file with the Department of Public Safety, I have made multiple attempts to contact the business via email, text, ******** and phone calls. None have been answered except when I called with a different number and then I was told that ****** (owner) would follow up with instructors, **** and *******, to get me my certificate. He has not followed up and I have continued to make attempts to follow up and have not gotten any response. I want my certificate for course completion.Initial Complaint

On August 18, 2023, I paid for a CCW class conducted by Safe Arizona Firearms Education. The education was great, and I really enjoyed the course. In fact, I had recommended the course to family and friends because I was impressed with the company. However, my impression of them took a turn when I didn't receive the product I purchased. The instructor ********************* and his wife offered self-defense products at the time of the class. I purchased 2 Kuba tons for $20, they had run out of product and had offered to ship the product to me. I provided them my information and I have yet to see it. They also offered to send in the application along with the necessary paperwork for an additional fee. They informed me I would see my permit in 90 days. I tried contacting the company via email and phone. The phone number just rings and the only one email replied I received was not helpful at all. Their reply was, " Sure thing :) What city are you in." They have horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Over 90 days has passed, and I contacted ******* unit, and they did not find my information. In total I invested $110 in this company. This company is horrible and a rip off. I may not see their karma but one day, it will happen for this company. I DO NOT recommend this company.Initial Complaint

I took their CCW permit class back on May 9th ****************************** ****************. I was impressed and liked the class very much. I paid for the class $40, fingerprints $20 as well as them to submit my CCW permit application $60 to **DPS. I knew it would take some time to process my application. Well after contacting the ** DPS on October 21st 2023 for the status of my application I was told there is no application under my name and when was my check for the application deposited? I told them that the persons given the class was going to handle that process. I emailed the company regarding this issue and have never got a reply. I was hesitant and still gave them some time, me thinking they were pretty busy. I sent them a FB message and actually got a reply saying they will look into the matter. Still haven't received any information. On October 22 I sent them another email and still no reply. On November 28th 2023 I posted on their ******** page asking about my status and my post was immediately removed. I also left an unsatisfactory review on their ******** page as well as their Yelp page and I was immediately blocked by them. I did not want to take it to this step, but after no contact from them I had no choice. I really wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after them not contacting me and blocking me I had no choice.Business Response

I have absolutely no way to reach this person. When I try to call, it gives me an automated system about unsolicited calls and will not connect. When i text there is no response, and when I email, there is no response. He was banned from the ******** page for this exact reason as it appears there is no interest in resolving the situation. If this person can unblock my number from whatever system he has in place, respond to a text, or respond to an email, this issue can be resolved quick. However, as mentioned, it appears as though he has no interest in getting the problem fixed.Initial Complaint

I went to this class in June of 2023 and paid this company to mail out all of my information. Three months later i contacted ADPS and they told me that they have no information on me. No pending applications or anything. I contacted the person in charge of SAFE Arizona and he said come to my next seminar and we will re-do everything. After him repeatedly canceling class after class I finally (two months later) found him and had him re-do all the paperwork. now we are in November and ADPS still does not have my information. Im out 80 bucks and more importantly do not have my CCW.Business Response
