1 starHorrible quality of turf And very poor customer service. Luxe installed turf in my backyard 13 months ago. A portion of the turf has melted. **** will not honor warranty They claim windows have reflected onto the turf to melt it. There are no windows that directly are by the turf. Also last year when Luxe came to give me A quote for the job they never mentioned anything about windows, melting the turf. **** and ***** from Luxe have not help and will not replace the melted part of turf. If you want good Quality turf and good customer service is important to you do not use Luxe.Review frombrian g

5 starsThe only turf company that actually contacted me after the visit to my home and followed up. **** was great and always updated us with the eta of the crews, which did a fantastic job. Turf looks perfect. We knew when anyone was going to show up at our home and work on the project, phone calls and texts messages. This company is wonderful. They did exactly what they said they would (rare in todays world) They did it in a timely manner, a professional manner and they did it all perfectly! I honestly cant say a bad word at all about Luxe Lawns. They are my go to artificial turf guys from here on out!

The final product is excellent and they've committed to support some future support which is useful given the timing of the work that was done. The people doing the work were courteous and professional.Luxe Lawns LLC
