            Date of installation of artificial turf on our property was April *****, 2022.The cost as $6,911.00. The product came with a 15 year warranty and a 5 year warranty on workmanship. I first contacted the owner, *******************, on August 2, 2022, and per ************** sent pictures to his office showing an approximate one by two foot sink hole area. When I spoke to the office manager, I was informed someone would arrive for the repair as soon as they had someone working in our area. It has now been more than three months since my first contact, and in spite of followup calls by me, there has not been a response regarding when the problem will be resolved. I recently called again the week of November 7th, and since no one was answering, I left a message to call me with an answer, or I would be required to seek action. I still have not heard back. I would greatly appreciate assistance with resolving this issue.Thank you.
