    I keep getting letters created in various fashion from looking like a business email to a FINAL ATTEMPT letter, stating they have buyers who want to buy "their" 2015 **************. I have written numerous emails and even called asking them to stop as I have not owned a *** of any kind in over 6 years and they do not stop. This borders on harassment and complaints will also be filed with the **************************** and lawsuits will be initiated if they are unable to stop contacting someone who has told them to stop AS REQUIRED BY LAW

    Horne KIA has treated me with utter disrespect and I would strongly advise anyone to check Horne KIA's standing (an F rating) with the BBB before purchasing a vehicale from them. Undoubtedly, as a compamy is prong to do, they will statisfy the needs of just enough customers to keep them coming back and hope that those customers will tell of their experiences to generate an additional customer base. But once you become perceived as an unsatisfied or customer with complaints, ********************** will put your name and phone number into a "DO NOT RESPOND TO" category in their system and you will catch h*** trying to get anything out of them because they don't care to try to turn your experirnce with them around. I have been a great customer to them, being only 2 days late on one of my payments over time but yet at one point I made my monthly payment and still gave KIA ******* an extra $2000 payment to be applied towards my principal balance to lower it. They tried to take that payment and break it up into my monthly payment amounts and told me that I would not have to make another payment until a certain date!!!! I responded to tell them Bull ****, that only benefits "YOU INTEREST WISE" and that they are to apply my $2000 dierctly to and to decrease my principal balance owed by $2000!!!! Yet the facility manager sees fit periodically, to send me mail on how he can help me to get into a newer vehical and (only possibilly) help lower my monthly payments!? I truly do not mean this disrespectfully, but it is a fair and honest question (to me) that has to be asked: Is this man really that stupid and out of the loop on how I have been and am treated by HORNE KIA, or is he just anonther part of HORNE KIAs protocal that doesn't give a darn? In fact, just this day, before callinbg the BBB and filing this complaint, I have called HORNE KIA 5 times in hopes of getting a copy of a certan document, only to be hung up on each time. This is why I said earlier on....they know whose calling.
