Sold and installed 2017 and 2019 tires on my car and charged as new. Had blowout on freeway and charged me for replacement stating no hazard warranty by their tire provider. Stated price for blown out tire replacement was at their cost. I paid for new tires.Question as to whether they replaced rotors or brakes as brakes still squeak. Manager said it was my fault due to my driving.Took to Brake Masters which told me the rotors were not new. Had chips and deep grooves. Service advisor stated Brake Masters are burger flippers and dont know their job. I told him Brake Masters specifically specializes in brakes. They insisted they replaced the rotors yet I have photos of deep grooves, chips, rust and brakes squeak. Disappointed and angry they would take advantage of a 65 year old woman. The tire blow out put myself and others on road in danger. Now have a ****** tow bill. I paid for new trunk latch and a pump install. I requested the old parts, they would not provide.Initial Complaint

Purchased a used 2020 Certified AMG GT53 from them. I spoke to the salesman several times about the condition. He assured me there were no issues. They also forced me into getting a 3rd party inspection which I did. They arranged transportation which took over 2 weeks to get the car to me from AZ to CA! Once the car came I immediately noticed a few things. First there was a warning on the screen that a front collision was detected. I was able to call MB service and get that cleared. Then I noticed there were 2 big rock chips on the windshield. No did not happen in transport as the car was facing backwards on the truck. Then once I started driving I noticed the ride was really rough. So I called my salesman about these issues and all I got was I'm sorry not sure how we missed this. I noticed there was a oil leak on my car floor where it were my car was parked. Now I'm waiting to get all these issues fixed. I'm without a car.
