      The *** in ************** is full of employees who roll the veins during entering veins as well as an extremely rude lady named **** who is very stand offish and combatitive

      I went to the CSL plasma donation center in ************. There was a woman at the desk that told me she was the only one working there and that I better be prepared because I will be there for 3 or 4 hours. I had been there and donated plasma one other time but I had some traumatic events in my life and I was not able to return right away. When I went back on Saturday the woman at the desk was very condescending and told me that I was a lapsed donor and that my plasma was thrown in the toilet because I didn't come back. I felt ashamed and embarrassed. Nobody ever educated me on this and this woman was so rude and intimidating that I left. I do not feel comfortable going back to this business by how I was treated by this woman. She was the only one working on Saturday June 15 2024 and she has short white hair with glasses. I do not know her name. All I know is that if she continues to treat people like this they're not going to return to donate plasma which is desperately needed in this country.
