  We had a service scheduled today - Technician by the name of **** or *** was supposed to call, we got zero call, no show. I believe they are scamming ppl. They sent an odd text about how their service was, asking about rating? We are completely shocked. They are trying to scam my home warranty company. They were sent out by my home warranty, and I paid a $100 service fee. They told my home warranty company that they completed the service, Ill have to call the home warranty company to let them know that this was a scam, unbelievable.

  This company was assigned for our water heater warranty claim. I reviewed BBB comments and was naturally concerned but understood I had no recourse. The scheduler suggested a water damage remediation inspection, that led to a $3500 quote for unnecessary repairs. There was some suggestion that the heater replacement was contingent upon remediation, I still declined. The tech ended up being polite, draining and prepping the tank, no remediation mentioned. He promised to send his report to the home warranty that day for review. The tech didn't send the report until 24 hours later, thankfully the warranty company approved everything quickly. I expected a scheduling call but I had to call them. They set me up for the next Wednesday (it was Friday). Wednesday comes and the tech is a no show, no call, even though the office said he was on the way. The next day, the office avoids me and finally the tech calls to tell me that the 74 gallon heater is in limited supply and the office waited to source it until the day of the replacement only to find their limited supplier network didn't have any in stock. He promised an update call that day by 4pm, I didn't hear back from him. The next day, he finally answered a text and said the office was supposed to call me to schedule for sometime the following week (it was Friday again). The home warranty agreed the delay was unacceptable and I was approved to pay out of pocket and seek reimbursement. I found another contractor and the new heater was installed within 24 hours. 10 days of unnecessary inconvenience due to poor office management and refusal to face the customer (I think they use caller ID to avoid customers they don't want to talk to and their voicemail box is always full). I was polite with them and their tech with each interaction, I would rather hear bad news than be lied to or avoided. They are disorganized and clearly act as if problems are going to go away rather than find a way to fix them.

  THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET. THE TOILET WAS RUNNING ALL THE ***** IT WAS A PIECE OF PLASTIC THAT SITS ON THE TOILET FLAPPER THAT NEEDED REPLACING, ****** THE **** TOOK IT APART AND WENT TO FIND A PART. HE SAID IT WAS $450 AND HAD TO CALL IT IN. THEN ****** LIED ON HIS REPORT SAYING I HAD A FRIEND TOUCH IT. SO THEY DECLINED SAYING SOMEONE HAD MESSED WITH IT.. WHAT I HAD TOLD *****'S WAS, I HAD A FRIEND LOOK AT IT FROM THE TOP NEVER TOUCHING THE WATER, MY FRIEND SAID ,"OH ITS THE TOP PLASTIC PIECE THAT SITS ON TOP OF THE FLAPPER THAT WAS BROKEN, IT WAS OBVIOUS. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND THE RUDEST GEN *** **** SAID NOPE NOT COVERING BECAUSE ****** WROTE IT IN HIS REPORT. I TOLD *********** ,ISS UNDERSTOOD ME AND NO ONE TOUCHED , ONLY OBSERVED IT FROM THE TOP. SHE WASN'T EVEN LISTENING , AND WAS VERY CONDESCENDING. REFUSED TO HAVE *****************, I CALLED 3 TIMES TO THE NUMBER ****** HAD CALLED ME FROM ON HIS ORIGINAL TRIP OVER TO THE HOUSE, NO REPLIES .LAST NIGHT I LOOKED ON AMAZON AND FOUND THE PART THAT I NEEDED. $20.SO NOT ONLY ARE THEY LIARS THEY ARE TOTAL RIP OFFS. AND I'M NOT KIDDING OR EXAGGERATING . $20 BUCKS. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE IDIOTS!!!!! ZERO STAR RATING!!BUT YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A STAR, SO DON'T MISUNDERSTAND THE 1 STAR THEY ARE 5 ZERO RATED!!!!!

  I scheduled an appointment with AnyTime Home Services through my Home Warranty Provider. The technician was friendly and verified I needed a new hot water heater. He indicated he would notify the home warranty provider and once approved they would be making an appointment with me in a few days. I contacted my home warranty provider and was informed that there would be an additional $595 charge as I had various issues with the current equipment and hook up. I indicated to my home warranty provider that my water heater was up to code as I get it annually check, drained and serviced by another company. They however said that they could not do anything about this report since they were not plumbers just office workers. Their offer was to reimburse me an insufficient amount to pay for another water heater. I also indicated to my provider that there had been numerous complaints about this provider for the same issue. Told them this is a scam and they need to find a new provider. The customer service representative was rude and didn't care about the issue. It is unfortunate in this day and age we can't provide good honest service without the gouging. I will not use this company and warn others not to also. I also will be cancelling the home warranty company that I have had for 5 years and never had an issue with them until this issue.

  TOTALLY INCOMPETENT & A WASTE OF TIME: This is the one of the most incompetent companies I have ever dealt with. They sent the same plumber twice and, on both occasions, they said the kitchen faucet was functional when it was totally broken and had to be taped up to be used. He didn't even bother to take the tape off to check it. The first time he showed up he did not have any proper tools, nor did he know how to shut the water off. After the first incident, I asked them to send another plumber and they said he was all they had in that area.Not to mention, they gave me a time window of **** and he called me at 12:20 to tell me he was running 30 minutes late. I lost 5 hours away from work for nothing and had to do it twice.I cannot stand dealing with incompetent people and these are the kind of people American Home Warranty uses because they are cheap. I use Fidelity and the experience has been much better with them.

  We scheduled Anytime Home Services for our Home Warranty and they came out in a days time to fix our plumbing issue. The tech was prompt, courteous and professional. He was able to diagnose the issue and fix it in a short period of time. I really appreciate the service provided and highly recommend them for home repair.

  If you are using your Home Warranty (**) in *********, and Anytime Home Services is assigned for the repair, do not schedule an appointment. Instead, call the ** and request a new contractor be assigned immediately.Just checkout the reviews for the business they have conducted in ******* under the same name on ************ and the BBB.I was assigned Anytime Home Services by First American Home Warranty to replace a failed water heater. I was told by the contractor that they must use all new connection materials due to liability even though that is not required by the *** or covered by the Home Warranty. This resulted in a quote for $860 of "modifications" that I would have to pay out of pocket. In fact, in a text with the contractor, he mentioned that it is a loophole in ** contracts that allows them to add these "modifications." This tactic is how contractors that work for a ** increase their profits. It is predatory and unethical. It also unfortunately is condoned by most **s. As the customer you have no way to dispute the reason or cost for the "modifications" with the ** or the contractor. Your only options are to pay the out of pocket costs or receive a cash out by the **, which is normally 50 cents on the dollar due to negotiated prices.I will also be canceling my ** with First ******** since they protect the contractor over you their customer.

  Horrible company! This man named **** trying to sale me jobs without even diagnosing because I am a woman. He simply generates a bill without checking anything other than turning water faucet on. Shame on the owner of this company.

  Im sorry we were not able to resolve the hall and master bathroom sink stoppages/oder. The tech needs to cable the line to fix the issue but the home warranty denied because there is no available clean out for that drain line and they also do not cover for smells per policy.
