Presidential Pools is a rare company. They are fast, they are thorough, their finished product looks like a million bucks. No run around, no attempts to upsell. They built what we desired perfectly. Our pool took less than two months. Absolute professionals - from their sales staff to their construction team. You *want* to speak with this company if you are considering a pool install.

I think I needed a new pool pump. Had an appt for 1pm to 5pm, according to the email I received and agreed to. I needed to do a little shopping and upon my return my neighbor reported that the tech from Presidential Pools had come and gone already...and yes I need a new pump. What I'm mad about is I have to pay a service fee of $120, had plenty of time to do errands and do other things before the appointed time, and the tech shows up early...with no call, email or other warning. Why send out an email with an appointed time? I didn't get to ask questions, or anything else!!Presidential Pools & Spas Response

We are very happy with our new pool, from sales to orientation. Every part of the construction process was communicated to us and in a timely manner. The project manager kept us informed. Hello. I looked into your file and it looks like you were charged $120 for the trip charge since your pool is over 2 years old. The parts are still under warranty. I spoke to the service manager though and he was able to go ahead and do a refund for you since it looks like you have had the same issue with these parts. We have had 2 outstanding issues from start-up of pool that are now almost a year old. Another issue since December of acrylic overlay failing. Although the service technicians have been great and have passed these items to ******************* in ******...WE HAVE BEEN IGNORED and they never contact ** and have to start over every time i contact service on these outstanding work items! THIS IS VERY FRUSTRATING and based on the ****** office Construction complete lack of response I can not recommend.I have tried one last time to contact service ***** and asked again for them to escalate matter. If nothing then guess it will be legal system and complaints to BBB and ******. Didn't think it would come to that but appears it might.Review from Amanda H

We really enjoyed working with everyone at Presidential Pools. Even when we had an issue with our first Project Manager, they stepped up and fixed the problem. From the very beginning, communication was efficient and a good amount so we always knew what to expect. When I wasnt sure, I could text my Project Manager and he would let me know what was next and the time frame. One time we went into the showroom just to look at tile and colors before we were supposed to pick everything out so we could show different ideas to family to get their opinion. One of the sales people (not the person who sold us the pool) was extremely helpful and giving different tips and thoughts even though he didnt get anything from us. Presidential Pools Fraud Alert!! I bought a New Pool pump from Presidential Pools and they sold me a used broken poorly repaired pool pump. They used ************* to reset the s**** in the seal plate. The plate over time leaked causing corrosion and reducing the life of the pump. Hello. I have looked through your records and have done some investigating into this matter. Your pool completed in 2011, therefore the equipment on the pool is 14 years old. I am not showing anything in our records that you ever purchased a replacement pump with us, nor have we performed any repairs on your pump. As with anything else, equipment breaks down over the years and needs replaced. I can assure you we are not a fraudulent company. If you need any replacement parts or a new pump you can call our ****************** at ************, and they will be happy to get you a quote on whatever you need.Review from Janeen M
