    BEWARE of this management company, especially ******. They steal your money and try to give reasoning that does not add up. She lied multiple times over the phone and was insanely contradicting with her texts and emails. Spend your money and time elsewhere. She lied about there being 0 applicants when asked, then once she received an applicant. Failed to reach out so that we wouldn't spend anything on just a piece of paper. Then decided to reach out after $110 was spent (and is supposedly not refundable) and tell us not to apply. Well by that point we had already applied and wasted our money. She also told me she was going to take the listing off of everywhere because of how many applicants there were. She never did and it has been a couple days. So if she has gotten over 10 applicants and if any have additional occupants. She is making anywhere between 500 and 100 just off of applications. Please beware and spend your money at a place who will value you and also not disrespect you. I hope if anything, this helps one person. BEWARE!!!!
