              They blocked me from going to the main office even though I haven't been in there for 3 years. They are going to fine me if I write another review of them on ****** reviews. They have prohibited from contacting anymore due maintenance issues or neighbor issues. They have sent me letters stating there lawyers when they are not. They have tools me the gym is closed so year even though other people are allowed at the gym. They have acted retaliatory towards me for years and prohibited from enjoying my lot.

              Treehouse Communities refused to waive a pet fee for a *** animal. I have 2 and was told by the park manager ************************* "Both can be emotional support but the fee is waived on one of them. I have other residents with two emotional support felines, but are assessed for one pet." This is a violation of federal Fair Housing Act. I have filed a complaint with HUD. If this was done to you I strongly suggest you file a complaint with HUD even if they refunded the fees or not.
