    I sent in about 50 photos to be put on a usb stick and returned. I have paid for this process. Digmypics.com has had my old pics of my daughter when she was little. These pictures are irreplaceable. They have had these for over a month. Tried to contact them several times and have received no replay.

    Additionally, we strive to be readily available for any questions or concerns you might have, offering direct communication with our team via the published phone number of ************ which is on the website and on all the emails we sent every customer.  We have no record of you calling or emailing us with any questions or concerns.

    Please know, our goal is to make the process as transparent and reassuring as possible. We understand the importance of these memories and provide these tracking tools to ensure you feel connected and informed every step of the way.
