I'd leave less if I could. Go elsewhere. Though the Dr was nice enough, The ancillary staff is impossible to deal with! From fraudulent credit card charges to rushed appointments and billing insurance multiple times for the same appointment date. You will literally spend hours on the phone with their barely able to speak English billing department! Currently have more than 15 hours of phone calls and emails with them regarding fraudulently charging my credit card. This is a nightmare!

*****, This is so disheartening to read and we are disappointed to hear you feel this way despite reviewing your account in full with a head administrator. It is important to clarify for anyone reading the review that there have been no fraudulent billing practices, as we are contractually obligated to charge and attempt to collect any and all fees due per your insurance plan. While it seems like waiving copays is good for patients, the Government takes a different view. Routinely waiving copays can violate the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act. We recognize a timing delay can sometimes occur which based on the review of your account sparked this initial distrust of valid charges. The timing delay of charges can occur when 1) a copayment was not collected at appointment check-in 2) claims processing time, which is between the date of service when the claim was submitted to your insurance and the date we (you and our office receive) receive the *** (explanation of benefits) from your insurance after the claim was processed. This *** outlines the insurance amount due/payable and the patient responsibility due/payable. These ***'s can come week(s) or month(s) following the date of service.
