    The complaint is that I was lied to/misinformed about benefits of solar panels. At the end of May beginning of June, a representative and her supervisor from synergy solar visit my home to discuss the benefits of solar panels. I was told by both and at that time I had two of my friends here so that day could *****************************. I was told her in that time that I could save tremendously on my electric bill by going solar, it was stated several times during the visit that by going solar I would only be charged a service fee of $40 from SRP. In speaking with SRP and noticing that I will still being billed more than $40 from SRP, I was informed that I shouldve never been told that I would only have to pay a service fee from SRP. The representative from SRP went on to say you only have 15 panels . She then began discussing with me on peak hours and off peak hours, and encourage me on when to use electricity. On June 27, 2023 at 5:18 PM to text **** asking her why am I getting an SRP bill of $167 when I am solar. I also included a screenshot of the bill. **** responds on Wednesday, June 28 at 12:14 PM stating that she sent a request to ************************** to do a production check on the panels to make sure they are producing power. I then sent her a screenshot of the power production. She stated that she dug more into it and that I need to switch my plan to the * 15 plan at which I did. It is now September and Im still being billed so at the beginning of September I started calling synergy there was always no one available. On September ********************************************* management. I was transferred to **** and **** requested my SRP bill and the usage plan. He stated that he will call me back at 4:30 PM , when I did not hear back from him, I sent him another message the following day September 13 at 2:06 PM confirm and he received the documents. He confirmed but never response. I emailed a ************************* at *******************************************

    I purchased this service in 2021. They said theyd lower my energy Bill overall. I am paying more than I would have without the solar panels. They said Id get a government rebate the first year for over ***** dollars at least up to *****. That was a lie. I still get a Bill from aps every month. They said I would get money from aps in energy credits every year. But I dont. They assured me that the panels would meet my energy needs they have not. And I cant get in contact with anyone from they re company.

    Senergy is absolutely the worst company I have worked with in my 47 years of life! They have sold me a system that doesnt work. Made promises they dont keep. The customer service is atrocious and have yet to do anything that was promised. I have had this system since May and live in ***** its hot with a lot of sun and this system is producing about $40 a month which means I am basically paying 2 electricity bills. I have given this company many opportunities to correct the wrongs. H*** they even fired the sales person who sold my this c*** system but yet I cant even get them to communicate.

    *********** at *********************** with Senergy Solar has been non-responsive to multiple outreaches by phone and email regarding a dispute involving the installation of defective equipment resulting in increased electricity expense and current loan payments on a non-functional system. I've opened a complaint with the **************** GoodLeap (Account#**********, telephone#************), but they are not getting a response from Senergy Solar either. It's been more than 90 days since my initial outreach. I'm seeking reimbursement of 2 loan payments in the amount of $206.96 each plus $330.00 in miscl. costs. Note: I have already been reimbursed 1 loan payment of $206.96 on 10/06/2022 via check#***** from Titan Solar Power TX **** (contractor employed by Senergy Solar). The last communication I received from Senergy Solar was that the second reimbursement check was in process, which was 8 weeks ago, to no avail.

    I signed contract in may 2023. Panels were installed in July 2023. It is now late Oct. 2023 and panels still are not connected but they are taking payments for their very expensive roof ornaments while I am still paying APS for power. I have contacted Senergy Solar on more than 10 occasions, only to be told that they will get right on it when they respond at all. I did not buy roof decorations, but that is all I have received. At this point I am so frustrated with lack of response and empty promises, not to mention that the panels have done nothing to lower high **** summer heat ( now over ) .

    Back in May of 2022 I purchased solar panels for my home with the promise that it would completely take away my electricity bill. Since then I have paid bills every single month that have been $300-$400. On top of that I have a loan payment of $120 each month from the company Goodleap. I have tried to reach out to the company for months and they have failed to consistently contact me and have failed to provide a solution. It had gotten so bad that I have now hired lawyers but I do want to warn others about the scam of a company.

    We have continuously responded to ****'s requests. In addition, We have provided **** with a proof of production indicating that the system he purchased is functioning and has passed all inspections. We have explained on several occasions that if energy usage exceeds purchased production that an energy bill will still occur. 

    We have and will continue to uphold the purchase agreement of this system.

    Senergy installed my panels today 07/28/2022. ******** arrived at 6am, ******** left the job site without notifying that the work was complete. Shortly after I noticed the home becoming warmer. The ** read that it was set at 76 degrees, yet the house temp was 84. I called Senergy to report the issue. They said they would call me back. I didnt receive a call back so I reach out again. They were not able to provide any help for the. Heat in the evening nor an accommodation for a hotel. Its 9pm, and now 88 in the house.

    They installed my solar panels and have not connected them . Now Im paying for a solar panel loan and SRP . I understand I will still have a SRP **** but because I have solar panels it should be cheaper. They dont answer . The email I was having response back came back as undeliverable. They set up a appointment and dont show up and dont call . Im frustrated I want my panels removed or connected.
