            I rented a UHaul Trailer from ** to AZ. Because I am a disabled Veteran and there was a tropical storm after I picked it up and I was by myself they gave me extra days. All included and reflected in my contract when I picked up the trailer.I paid in full.I returned it a day earlier than my contract required. Returned 18 July 21. Contract required return 19 July.When I returned it at a small location "Fishes" in AZ The woman there helped me unhook it and looked the trailer over. I asked her if everything was good and if there was anything else. She said "No, you're good to go." I said thank you and left.Then on the 21st I noticed the pending charges. I called the ************************** and she looked at the "extra" charges aside what I paid in full to rent. She said the woman wrote that I didn't turn the trailer in until the 20th so she was charging a cleaning fee as it was the only way to charge for extra days.
