    I ordered a rim from extreme wheels on December 5th 2024 on the website said that the rim was in stock. On December 10th I received a email stating that the wheel is a special order item and the process on them has already started on them. I said okay no problem a month go by and I hear nothing 2 months go by and still nothing. So I decided to just call and request a refund because I got tired of waiting. Its been 2 months and I still havent received a refund and nobody knows nothing everyone who works for extreme wheels is clueless on whats going on. I have called and emailed multiple times. I made the payment with affirm I even filed a dispute with ****** stating that I ordered a rim that I never received and they did a investigation and they got back with me and said that Extreme wheels provided them with proof that they delivered the rim. But they will not provide me with that proof this has been the worst experience ever.

    Transaction date was 2/5/25. I purchased wheels,tires,lugs and hub rings from extreme wheels and it is now 4/22/25 and I have not received all of my order (lugs and hub rings) I paid $1500.89 total and every time I call I keep getting brushed of. Ive asked to speak to a manager multiple times only to be on hold for over an hour each time,Ive emailed the company also and still cant seem to get a resolution.

    Ordered a set of tires on line with extreme Wheels. 2 days later got a message this was a special order item that they do not have in stock ( which it did not say anything about on the web site during the time of the order) he could not give me a no kind of eta on the delivery. He offered to get me a different set of tires which I really did not want but I found another size I would settle for and he could not get those either so I asked for a refund and he said it would be a 30% processing fee which would be about $326.80 on the amount of my order. I felt like I shouldnt have to pay this since I was not informed by the website that he didnt have the tires and he didnt contact me to tell me till after I was charged. He went on to tell me there was no way I was getting out of paying the processing fee if I wanted a refund. He was rude on the phone and would not compromise at all and then our last conversation I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor and he hung up on me. So I contacted AFFIRM which is how I paid for them hoping they could help me. I filed a dispute regarding be charged and not received my tires. They investigated the dispute went on for a couple weeks or so then AFFIRM tells me it has been settled in extremes wheels favor because he provided proof that the tires were shipped and delivered and said he even had pictures from the carrier of the tires at the drop off location. I never got message saying they had been shipped or any kind of tracking number or anything nor did I ever get the tires. And affirm says this is all they can do. So at this point Im out $1089.34 and do not have no tires or nothing to show for the money I spent. So by not knowing when or if I would get the tires I had to buy another set from another company.

    I ordered 4 wheels, a hub ring kit, black lug kit, and TPMS sensors on October *******. Nowhere in my order was it stated that this was a "special order" and not ready to ship. After weeks of not receiving my wheels, I reached out to them and was told that SEMA was going on in ***** and the vendor was probably there and that was likely the reason my wheels hadn't shipped. After weeks went by, I reached out again and was told that my wheels showed they were delivered to my address, yet was never provided a tracking number. I did received my TPMS sensors however. So extreme wheels told me on the phone they would work on figuring out what happened with the wheels and get a new order sent out. After weeks went by again, still no wheels. I called back to extreme wheels and was told that the tracking they were looking at was for my TPMS sensor and not the wheels. It was then explained to me that my wheels were a custom order and sometimes the vendors may have a "minimum order requirement" since these wheels were a special order. After a few more weeks of waiting and still paying for something I have not received, I called to cancel this order, in which I was told I would receive email confirmation of this. I have yet to receive this and I can not get ahold of them on the phone. This has been going on for 4 months and I want my money back! I have also sent multiple emails with no respone

    They have not responded to my attempts to contact them regarding my estimated shipping date. Ive called and emailed them twice. Below is a copy of the invoice from them.     Ordered wheels March of 2024 from this company. Like everyone else, the website said they were in stock. Got an email a few days later saying they were in back order and it would be 2-3 months. Okay no big deal. I wait the timeframe with no wheels so I call back and am told theyre still on back order. Another 2-3 months and they should be in. Fine, things *********** forward another 2-3 months no wheels but the lugnuts and supporting hardware show up. I wait a few more months (I got married, other weddings etc so it wasnt my priority at that time) and I call and request a refund because I still have not received my wheels. I get the run around of salespeople telling me theyll look into it. They never did. Finally got an email that was connected to their refund department. Sent in my request there and didnt hear anything for about a week. Then when I do get an email they say everything was delivered! Total BS. I have picture proof from ***** still that shows the only delivery from them was the hardware. I try and plead my case to no avail with them and have not heard anything since. This absolutely disgusting what this owner does to people. Im sure even with and order number and the email confirmation theyll say that its not in their system. Total scam and I would never tell anyone to order from them. This is ******* me off again just writing this out!

    Date of the transaction: 11/28/24 $1658.20 2 ********* FS821 315/80R-22.5 L K Tires We paid for the tires using Affirm.We've only ever received an order confirmation showing that they have been paid for to Extreme Wheels using Affirm. They have never sent us a shipping confirmation, because our order has never been shipped. I logged into our account today 1/14/25 and our order still shows pending on Extreme Wheels almost 3 months later after we placed our order. I am uploading a screenshot of that from today. We have tried emailing and calling Extreme Wheels and we have never gotten any response. We opened a dispute with ******, and our dispute was settled in the favor of Extreme Wheels, so that we have to pay for the tires that we never received. We called and spoke with someone at ****** after the dispute was closed and they assured us that they were reopening the dispute case, but they never did. Now we are getting overdue notices for payments to Affirm for Extreme Wheels. There are other complaints on BBB against Extreme Wheels, with this exact scenario. This is a scam and they are getting away with it. It's not right and it needs dealt with.

    We have NEVER received any shipping confirmation and we have NEVER received what we ordered! The only thing we have ever received is a Confirmation of our order and that you received our  payment from Affirm.

    NO tracking information has ever been received from Extreme Wheels for our order. 

    Our order still shows "Processing" via Extreme Wheels website as of Tuesday, January 28, 2025. I have a screen recording video of me going to my Extreme Wheels account and it showing this on 1/28/25. I was just not able to attach it here as it says the file is too big. But I have that proof and documentation.

    Where is your documentation that our order was sent? Where's the tracking information?

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLECE!!! They stole 1400$ from me. Long story short I ordered 5 rims for a Jeep wrangler from their website, where they stated that the rims were in stock however they were not, I received email later telling me that its special order and they have to be ordered from the manufacturer, I agreed to wait, 2 years later I have not received the items and they keep saying that theyre waiting for the manufacturer to make the rims. I decided to cancel the order and get a refund and they told me that there will be a 30% restocking fee, that didnt make sense to me because the item was never in stock but oh well at this point I was sick and tire and just wanted to get this over with, I requested for a refund and here we are 6 months later with no refund and no response from them, every time I call they says theres not direct line to the refund department and that the phone number that they have online its for sales only. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE THEYRE DISHONEST AND WILL SCAM YOU WITHOUT HESITATION.

    i purchased online 2 tires at a cost of ****** plus tax order #******* July 28, 2024. i did a payment agreement with affirm which they took out of my account 3 payments ***** for 3 months. after 2 weeks i didn't receive my tires. so, i called extreme wheels and spoke to a sells *** at ext. 102 he said that they no longer had the tires, and their vendor didn't know when they would get tires in. i told them just refund my money. they said they would, fast forward 2 weeks no return, i called a second time and spoke to a *** he said that he couldn't find my info in the system, and he would call me back. i never got that call, so since affirm was taking payments out of my account i reached out to them, they instructed me to call the vendor{ extreme wheels} to process the return and in a few days i should see the return in the affirm app. which is on my phone i called them a 3rd time and again they said that they requested the return but couldn't see it on there end. Fast forward a month affirm is still taking money out of my account and no return. i called the several times after this but got a complete run around, I never received my tires or my money back.

    We ordered the wheel and center piece first on oct 22 with a email of a order number and price of ****** then on 25th of October we ordered three centerpieces ****** well we never received anything on it and no kind of tracking info or anything. I called for almost two weeks stayed on hold for hour at a time and several times they would pickup and hang up. Finally reached someone named **** said he was sending info in email right then never received anything and every day I called several times a day and when I would finally reach someone they would act like they was gonna help ask me to hold that they would be back with information to be left on hold so long it would disconnect call right back and its the same thing Then they tried to say both orders were shipped together with same shipping number box showed up from a Tampa vender with only three center caps. In a very small box. Since then they will not communicate at all. I called the vender in ***** where everything was supposed to have come from and only order they had was the caps. Wheel was never ordered!!! We just want whats right. The wheel or a total refund!!! Fair is fair. But they are a bunch of thieves and criminals its all a racket. And I will work just as hard to expose them and get them arrested for all The wrong they have done to people as they work to be thieves! I will not go away and drop this. I will call messages and blast them on every platform I can. I will tell and report to anyone who will listen.
