Affordable Windows + Exteriors just replaced all of my windows and the sliding glass door. From the initial sales consultation to window installation, a completely satisfying experience! The installation took one day, the team was prompt and professional, thorough and courteous. They worked well together and took good care of my belongings, covering all areas and leaving without any trace of work materials left behind!I highly recommend this company and love my new windows!

*************************** was very knowledgeable and informative with his presentation when we were looking at replacing several windows at our location in ****. At no time during his presentation, did we feel any pressure from him. Affordable Windows came highly recommended by a family member. Their quote was extremely reasonable. Our salesman, ****, was very thorough when he explained the dual pane window structure (the high-quality materials that reduce noise and are airtight) and the window replacement process. We split our window replacements into two different dates about a month apart. They were very flexible with scheduling the install. They also replaced our front door with a door that has an airtight seal and added a screen door which we love.The installers, *****, *****, and ****** were punctual, professional, and very courteous. They explained the process prior to beginning work, and went above and beyond what they needed to do. We were impressed with how thorough they were and how they cared about the quality of their work, really going the extra mile! They removed all blinds and reinstalled them when the job was completed. Since the installation, we have noticed a reduction in our electric bill, with electricity use rated a ******************************* 20 years. When replacing our door, they had to remove some internal trim which needed to be changed slightly before it was reattached. They did an excellent job. On first meeting with ***** we felt very comfortable. He answered all our questions and gave a very complete review of their product. When it came to installation 4 employees, (installers) arrived and immediately began the job. These were ***, *****, ******* and *****, all nice men. Now our feelings about the windows. 5 starsAffordable Windows came highly recommended by a friend. After receiving multiple quotes, i was very impressed with this company. Not only was the cost more effective with quality product, but everyone was professional, courteous, and timely. They all made this process very smooth. The gals in scheduling are so friendly and professional. **** and **** really took the time to explain and demonstrate the product options without pressure!! They both are very knowledgeable. Our installers ***** and ***** were amazing, very professional and did a great job installing the windows. They had great attention to detail and really take pride in their work. I find it always easy to write up a complaint but seemingly less interested in following up when things are done right. This was an easy decision though and an easy recommendation to follow through with.Affordable Windows was Excellent. I make this recommendation due to their customer service and follow up especially with them having to deal with Covid-19 and supply line time delays. When things are working smooth, almost any group can do the work. Affordable Windows consistently went beyond what I expected.
