    This is one of the better HOA management companies I have worked with I was not aware that our HOA fee increased mid year, I was allowed to do make up payment without hassle I generally get response within days, which is surprisingly fast compared to others

    I have reached my limit with ALPHA Community Management. They are adding phony violations to my statement account, when I specifically emailed them and told them that the dates as described on the statement our security cameras do not show us violating their CC&R, we are in compliance with CC&R. Another thing previous to receiving our statement they sent a violation which I emailed them about but the funny thing is that the statement violation date doesn't coincide with the statement....odd??? another thing they never provide photos. I have emailed them since August and still till this date I have not received no response, and of course when I call I can never get through. Are they just going and adding violations to property owners? this is just so unfair. I have our security camera to proof that what they are saying is not accurate. I have been really thinking of contacting 3 on your side or Telemundo and Univision. I will then show the videos vs. their dates "violations".

    Hello, I am sorry that you are feeling that your HOA is unfair. I have talked to you and requested the video. Not receiving a response is just not true. Not able to get thru, what does this mean. Our phones have live answering. We are closed for lunch from noon till 1. We follow the CC&R's in your community. I would and have requested for you to write an appeal email to your board of directors. The ** statues provide the process for you to appeal the violations. Once we receive your email a hearing will be set up at the next ***** of ********* meeting. Your community BOD meets on every other month basis. Your response will be sent to you after this meeting. This is the process. The management company does not make these decisions. Please send an email request for appeal. Thank you, we look forward to helping you thru this process.

    If I could give less I would. Very rude and almost no response to anything I do to get ahold of them. I wish I had the money to shut them down and *** them. But of course they will just keep doing this cuz we the people have no power.
