This is the second time using this company, they had a large selection of different kinds of flooring. We ordered carpet this time and it was installed in less than two weeks. All went smooth and we love our new carpet. Thank you once again!

I needed carpet for stairs and a second floor. Brandi had great selections to choose from and the staff was knowledgeable. Carpet was scheduled for two days and was completed in one. The carpet installers left ***** stains on my white colored carpet, smeared black stains on my walls and doors, and scuffed and cut baseboards in the entire second floor. Contacted the owner who informed me his employee tried to fix the stains but made it worse and forgot his shoe booties at home. In addition to the damages the owner said one of the guys I let into my home was not an employee or Brandi carpet and was brought along by the lead installer to help. Owner hired a neighbor of his to clean the carpet and had the installer of the baseboards to fix the rest. Installer of the baseboards was shocked to see the damages that he was told by the owner, was only a half day or work but in actuality a full days work. Installer told me he had to leave to pick up his dog from the vet before they closed and was visibly stressed. I told him to finish what he could. ***** contacts me a week later through text telling me my balance was ready to be paid. I was surprised to see the balance was practically for the full amount. I asked ***** if he thought it was right or fair to charge me the full price for a poor job and he said he gave me a discount of $100. At this point I paid the balance just to get rid of ***** the owner and put Brandi Carpet behind me. Beware before using this company. ***** will come off as a nice guy and personable but will turn on you when you have a legitimate complaint.

Hello ***********,Thank you for your detailed review, we are sorry we did not meet your expectations as we always strive to do our best job possible. Yes, there were mistakes made during your installation process and I am sorry they happened, the installers were reprimanded and had to cover the costs to make it right. When you called and told me about the issues you had with your installation, I came out as soon as possible. One of the issues as you noted in your photos is that one of the installers had something on his shoes that got on the carpet. I called a local carpet cleaning company (Premiere *********************************** Cleaning) and had them come out right away and remove the spots from the carpet. You keep referring to everyone involved as my friends or buddies but in fact they are either employees or trade professionals that I have working relationships with. Concerning the other issues that happened, the installers removed a few doors for the installation process and when they re-hung them, they left dirty fingerprints on the doors and a few spots on the nearby wall. For whatever reason they did not see the prints they created otherwise they would have wiped them down. They also left marks on your freshly painted baseboards with the carpet edge trimmer, that type of scuffing sometimes happens with newer fresh paint and with the use of flat paint, which yours was both. Nerveless, I called you within 10 minutes of leaving your house to schedule one of my trim installers, an employee to come out and repair the scratches/scuffs and to re-paint your baseboards as well as clean the smudges off the doors.I was not happy with my installers for the way things went down but I got on it immediately to rectify the issues. You kept getting frustrated with me when I told you that I would handle it and make things right, but you felt I was downplaying your concerns. I was not downplaying your concerns, the issues that happened could all be rectified quickly but you insinuated that we needed to replace the baseboards due to scuffing of the paint and you felt we should replace the carpet because one of the guys tracked something on it, and because I hired a carpet cleaning company to remove the spot. You stated, I ordered new carpet and now you had to clean it because of a spot, so its not new anymore so why should I have to pay for used carpet? It was that ridiculous statement that made me frustrated. I was doing everything I could to resolve the problems and all you kept asking for were more discounts or why should you have to pay the full price. When we quoted your project, you had asked for a military discount which we gave you, (thank you for your service) then when you showed up at our store you mentioned that you are employed with the ************************* and was curios if there was a law enforcement discount as well. I informed you that we only give one discount at a time. From the beginning you were focused on discounts and when we had issues all you were focused on were more discounts. I did give you an additional discount for the inconvenience but because you didnt feel the discount was big enough, you resorted to name calling and writing several bad reviews about my company all over the internet, even after I resolved all the problems. Sad part is you called me a bully because I got frustrated with your attitude and your condescending tone towards me during our meeting, the fact is I felt like you were the bully and that you were using your position as a Police Officer to try and intimidate me. I was very calm, professional, and understanding to the situation and wanted to resolve the issues as fast as I could before you moved in, but whatever I had to say, you just dismissed it as though I wasnt going to do anything about it. I showed up right away to handle the problems, I wasnt dodging you, I took responsibility for the actions of my employees and resolved the problems. We started this company here in the valley over *********************************************************************************** concerns that we encountered along the way. The only reason I texted you the invoice is that you did not respond when I sent you the invoice for the final balance, all the issues were resolved, and a week had passed, and you still had not responded to me or paid your ****. I sent you a text message with a link for your convenience to pay the **** and you paid it once you received that text (thank you). I wish you the best of luck working as a first responder, its a tough and trying job our family knows very well as my dad, my brother and grandpa all retired from Phoenix as first responders. I wish things worked out differently with your installation, and Im happy we were able to get all the issues resolved before you moved in. Please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you or if something was missed and we will get right on it. Thanks, Brandi Carpet
