    I believe Old Republic is involved with a fraudulent practice.I am under a home warranty with Old Republic. In the middle of July 2022, we had a complete air conditioning failure. The service provider assigned by Old Republic advised that they would not guarantee that they could get to our home before Monday or Tuesday of the following week and I put my warranty request in on a Thursday. Mind you, I live in Phoenix and the July temperature was over 100 degrees. So, in order to protect the health and safety of my wife and dog, we had no choice but to seek out a service provider who could actually come to our home on short notice and make the repair. I then tried to obtain reimbursement from Old Republic Home Protection and they said they were reimbursing me the price they would have paid the warranty service provider, which was 30% of the amount I paid. This was a $6,000 repair and I was reimbursed $2,000. The warranty service provider, ADG AIR INC. claims that their cash price to a independent customer is different than the price that they quote Old Republic. I have called ADG AIR about 5 times and left messages and they will not return my call. I simply want to see the disparity over why they claim they could do the work for Old Republic for $2,000 even though the actual cost to repair my system was $6,000. This is fraudulent and I want the $4,000 difference that I was not reimbursed. I will also report a fraud claim for ADG AIR Inc.

    Hi my name is ************************* owner of ADG AIR

    I would like to start by saying that im surprised to be mention in a claim from this customer since we never actually perform any work at his property. From what i see on the notes we went out to the property and diagnose a indoor evaporator coil leaking freon and estimate was submitted to his limited home warranty OLD REPUBLIC.  After that we have no clue what happened we just recieved a call from OLD REPUBLIC saying the we could bill out for a leak search and that the customer had opted To cash out because he had an outside contractor repaired his air conditioning. With that being said after that we have no control what old republic does with their customers regarding cash out reimbursements or anything like that. Im sorry the customer is having problems with them but we shouldnt be included in any disputes because we are an independent contractor that works with them only and like i said before we did not even do any work at that address. We did provide old republic with an estimate and also a cash price for customer but opted out to go on a different direction with a service provider he chose on his own. 
    If customer has any other questions he can call us and ask for me and ill be happy to help him with any concerns
