  We have our AC down on the middle of summer, ***** and team come over and fixed it right away. I felt really bad that they need to go in the attic and work to replace a fan motor during a 100 degrees weather. I would recommend this company and I will definitely gonna used them again.

  We had to work with Red Wolf through our home warranty company and have since convinced them to sever ties with Red Wolf. We found that they could have fixed our AC onsite within a matter of minutes by simply replacing a capacitor, but instead told our warranty company that our 5 year old unit needed $1,800 in new parts. Once he obtained the parts, he then held them hostage and continued to tell my wife and I that he would get to us when he gets to us. Meanwhile, my family and I are sitting in a home at 90+ degrees from Tuesday until Friday. Once he told me he wasnt sure if we could make it out on Friday, I called in a favor from a general contractor friend, who sent his AC guy out, who had the compressor working perfectly in under two hours from initial contact, and the expense was only $400. Red Wolf is unethical, rude, and extremely inconsiderate, especially considering a family of four was left without AC in the ******* for four days so he could scam our home warranty company.

  Beware: ***** and ******'s services are "Unethical, incompetent, and fraud"!I was unfortunate enough to engage with ***** and ****** when my AC began underperforming. Seeking a solution, I contacted both ***** and ****** and a few other technicians. The contrast was obvious: the latter was straightforward and professional, while ***************** my queries, ambiguously hinting at what might be amiss. Even more suspiciously, he pried for the other contractor's estimate. Blinded by his state license, I gave in when he claimed he could undercut by $100. Silly me.Things spiraled from there. Paying ***** and ****** in cash on his insistence was just the tip of an iceberg of mistakes. I was misled by his initial promise that the issue would be addressed the first time and one time only, but he couldn't fix the problem and had a knack for discovering "new" issues with each visit and each time demanding more cash. After some digging, I decided to hire another technician to inspect my unit and found he has a penchant for using low-quality aftermarket parts, and even welding mismatched components! (a common pattern among other reviews)Desperate, I took my grievances online, where many advised seeking recourse through the state board, given his licensure. But that was useless! Weeks went by without a functioning AC, waiting for inspectors. Their final verdict? They were more concerned about whether ***** and ****** had performed the job, but not the quality of the work or if the unit functioned or not. According to them, since I'd approved his proposal, the efficacy of the parts he chose was irrelevant they merely wanted to know if the weld was good.These people have experience in defrauding people and understand the loopholes of this process. They will demand cash, be extremely vague in their work order documentation, or even use words such as "cheaper parts" when they're really using aftermarket parts that are not a fit for your system and they force weld it on.

  My A/C unit was down and I gave company a call. The technician came out right away in the morning and it didn't take them a long time to figured out the issue with my air conditioning unit. My unit get fix so quickly and immediately I feel the cold air through my vent, it was a relief. They did an amazing job, very knowledgeable and really take care of the customer. I am highly recommended this company. Red Wolf Mechanical, thank you for the awesome service you provided to me today.

  If I could give then negative stars I would. The were dispatched by my home warranty company on Friday, I called Firday, Saturday and Monday morning. No response. Monday they said they had no appointments until Thursday coming up on the 4th of July weekend! Lied and said they never got the claim till this morning, said they talked to the warranty company also a lie. I called three other companies and all could service my air conditioner today! Amazing how they are so disinterested in business and have zero compassion for customers. I strongly suggest customers beware!
